🐾The Dog House🐾

Just a polite reminder that our staff deserves nothing but respectful treatment at all times. Regrettably, due to a growing number of individuals who believe it is acceptable to behave unpleasantly towards our staff because of our past flexibility regarding stays or appointments and our inability to accommodate every request, we are now going to be adhering to our operating hours only for pickups and drop-offs. Although we have always tried our best to be accommodating, by allowing flexibility in our hours when able, the increasing challenges posed by individuals who believe it is acceptable to be rude or anything except respectful, to staff due to past flexibility and the inability to accommodate every demand have necessitated this change.

Thank you so much everyone for the positivity !!! 💕 everyone is amazing to me and Allen, it is our staff that sometimes have the problems and for the most part everyone is extremely nice. It is just some, and we will stand behind them… we work extremely hard to find the people that we trust enough and that are great enough to work here and believe me we are extremely picky 🥰 (even if people don’t get to see it every single one of these people that are here are incredible with everyone’s fur babies) without them I definitely would not be able to run the business that I’ve created because we have to have a break or help..
