MEET SAGE AND SAWYER to the PTR Family! 💙💙💙
We were sent a FB post about 2 young brothers who needed to be rescued ASAP due to their severe medical issues. Please meet Sage and Sawyer who are 10 weeks old and what we know is that they have been suffering with non-stop diarrhea, and as a result, their poor ge***al areas are extremely swollen and inflamed. So much so, that we cannot even verify their genders.
Their foster has given them B-12 shots (they will get these daily for a week) and they will get soothing baths and some pain meds as well. We don’t know much about their background but we do know that they were found in filthy conditions and it’s clear that they have been neglected.
We need funds to get them vetted. Please keep these young kittens in your thoughts and prayers, and if you can, consider giving a much-needed donation to this fundraiser. No amount is too small. Thank you for your kindness and support!
Help Sage and Sawyer, and show Pawsitive Tails to Remember Inc that they are not alone in their quest to save animals. Pawsitive Tails to Remember Inc is a rescue located in Aurora, CO. They are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, verified by CUDDLY. We were sent a FB post about 2 young brothers who needed t....

Welcome Emma to the Pawsitive Tails To Remember family! 🩷
Emma was rescued from the North LA Shelter and it’s clear that she was very neglected in her prior home and that she was used multiple times as a breeder dog. Emma has severe skin issues and she is underweight, but she’s just the sweetest little mama. She’s only 3 years old and she’s little at only 14 lbs.
Emma is being fostered by an experienced Frenchie foster who is working on her skin issues. She came with zero pledges and we could use some help for her.
WYATT is 6 yrs old, he weighs 9 lbs and he is a small male Poodle/Chinese Crested Mix with a traditional bright white long-haired coat which will require regular professional grooming. Wyatt loves everyone, people, children, dogs and although not around cats in his foster home, we know that he will be okay with felines as well!
Wyatt is housebroken, can use a doggie door; he has good leash manners, is very dog friendly and he loves treats! Please note that we do not crate our pups and we won’t adopt to a home where the dog will be crated for long hours at a time. Wyatt is small enough to travel everywhere with his new family! We feel that he will easily fit into any type of home. We would like at least one small dog in the home as a companion for Wyatt. He is not used to being without other dogs around him.
Wyatt is microchipped, current on vaccines, neutered and he had a full dental on 10/17/24. Wyatt would love nothing more than a forever family to call his own.
Wyatt is an adoptable Dog - Miniature Poodle & Chinese Crested Dog Mix searching for a forever family near Tarzana, CA. Use Petfinder to find adoptable pets in your area.
💔💔💔 I know that it’s hard to look at an adorable kitten who appears cute and perfect and think, why should I donate to this perfect kitten? Sadly, Wynter is not perfect. We’ve discovered several possible diseases by just spending some time on the internet. Without a diagnosis, we can’t begin to treat the disease. We thought, perhaps it’s neuro and if it is, what’s the cause? Is there a cure? Then we thought it was Manx Syndrome, but we went to a group with people who own cats with this disease, and they all say no. Wynter will be playing and defacating a watery loose stool behind her as she moves about. She will urinate large amounts while just walking or lying there. She has to be bathed and cleaned up everyday, throughout the day. There is no reprieve for her foster or for Wynter. The picture attached shows just one instance of what we are dealing with.
We are a very small donation based rescue for both cats and dogs, and this family came to us with no donations and we need your help. Wynter needs your help. It’s heartbreaking having to break up Wynter and her sister Mia, but we cannot hold Mia back from finding her forever home.
Please donate for us to get testing done for Wynter. We must help this tiny girl who deserves a chance at a life. Please help. We are begging you.
Wynter was rescued from SBC along with her mama Sylvie and sister Mia. Both kittens were 4 weeks of age at the time of their rescue. Wynter is now 5 months old and it became apparent to the foster that something was wrong with Wynter’s hind legs. She would drag them, and in time she could stand upright, however, she walked with a highly exaggerated gait.
Often her back legs would go out from beneath her, and she is incontinent as well. It is believed that she has some sensation of urination and defecation and she is normal in all aspects of being a kitten. Wynter is very playful, energetic and is a purring machine. She can climb, however if she starts to fall, she cannot land on her back legs. They collapse beneath her. We need urgent funding to help get an initial examination for her and once we have a diagnosis, we will update this Cuddly with more information. Thank you so much!
Wynter will need to see our vet and we appreciate you keeping her in your thoughts and prayers, and if you are able, consider giving a much needed donation to this fundraiser. No amount is too small. Thank you for your kindness and support!

Please fill out an application to start the process to meet Sylvie and Mia - Their foster will call you to chat and to set up a meet and greet which will be in Riverside, CA
Meet Sylvie and Mia! They are a bonded Mother and Daughter duo who are fully vetted with up to date vaccines and microchipped. They have gorgeous white coats and blue eyes.
Meet mom Sylvie and her daughter Mia. We rescued this all white family August 1, 2024 and there is a second daughter, Wynter, however the rescue will be keeping her due to ongoing medical reasons. This little family were on their way to the euthanasia room only because the two kittens were sick with URI’s. Sylvie has been the most dedicated mama to both of her daughters. She is a beautiful semi fluffy white girl with blue eyes and her daughter Mia has green eyes and is smooth coated. Both mom and daughter are extremely friendly and get along with other cats and small dogs. They are playful and love to be in the company of their human.
Sylvie is 2 years old and is fully vetted; she is spayed, vaccinated and will stay microchipped with the rescue. Mia, who is 5 months old will be scheduled for her spay in the first week of November. She is current on her vaccines and microchipped as well. You can meet these two in Riverside, CA and they completed bonded and will only be adopted together. Both mom and daughter are playful and inquisitive and they have been in a home with several other cats as well as dogs! They are INDOOR ONLY kittens. We are wanting a home where these two will grow and thrive into their old age. We cannot and will not do any less.

Please fill out an application to start the process to meet CHIMMY. Meet and greets will be held in TARZANA, CA at his foster’s home.
CHIMMY is 7 years old, he weighs 15 lbs and is a neutered Rat Terrier mix who has a gorgeous salt and pepper short-haired coat which will require minimal upkeep is easy care. This adorable little guy is a bundle of joyful energy who loves everyone he meets. Besides being ridiculously cute, this personality-plus fella is easy to walk on leash and knows lots of commands, including sit, down, come, stay & shake. He’s a big fan of running and playing fetch, chase & tug. Chimmy also has an affectionate side, and his previous owner said her favorite thing about him is that he’s “very cuddly and loves to sleep next to someone.” Sadly, Chimmy lost the only home he’s known on 8/13/24. According to his owner intake form, he was adopted by a relative when he was just a puppy, and he was surrendered when his mom went into a nursing home and could not take Chimmy with her. Happily, Chimmy will acclimate well into any family dynamic!
Chimmy is small dog and cat friendly (huge bonus); he is neutered, vaccinated snd microchipped and he would love nothing more than a forever family to call his own!

Please fill out an application to start the process to meet COOPER! Meet and greets will be held in TARZANA, CA
Cooper is just a year old and he is a male Papillon/Spaniel mix with a beautiful red/gold and black medium-haired coat which will require regular light grooming. His current weight is about 11 lbs and he is small dog friendly, he’s a little bit shy and he will take a little time to warm up to you. He is able to use a doggie door; he is leash trained, very playful, and he is a happy little guy, but he is still very young and will require your patience and love and time to settle into his new family. We do ask that if you work outside of the home, that you have at least one other small dog to provide companionship during those times. His foster will provide more information once you have completed the application.
Cooper is microchipped, current on vaccines, is neutered and he would love nothing more than a forever family to call his own.

Please fill out an application to start the process to meet BRYER – MEET AND GREETS WILL BE IN RIVERSIDE, CA.
Bryer is just a year old and he is a long-haired male who weighs 8.70lbs with a gorgeous grey coat and mesmerizing eyes! He’s truly something special. After doing some research due to his spectacular eyes, we do believe that he is a rare cat breed known as a Nebelung.
We rescued this beautiful boy on August 24 , 2024 from the shelter where he was slated for euthanasia due to a severely broken back right leg. It was two weeks before our orthopedic surgeon was able to see Bryer and thankfully we received the report that this injury was mending on its own! Bed rest, great food and lots of care helped with this, along with Bryer’s young age. We will share photos of his injury to his future adopter. Bryer is a lap kitty who wants to be your perfect companion. He is friendly, playful and outgoing; he gets on well with other cats and small dogs and Bryer’s perfect home needs to have another cat as a playmate for him.
He is INDOOR ONLY! Breyer is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Will you be the lucky family to bring this handsome cat into your home? Note that his microchip Registration stays with the rescue! You can meet Bryer in Riverside, CA .

PAWSITIVE TAILS WITHOUT BORDERS
Animals know no borders. The dog and cat overpopulation issue plague both sides of the US and Mexico border. STDs are diseases endemic in the border towns of Mexico and the US. PTR is committed to making investment in spay/neuter clinics on both sides of the border, assist on a case by case basis with the medical cancer treatments of dogs and cats who have been exposed to these diseases due to lack of spay and neutering. We have provided food, nutritional supplements and basic needs for several dogs in the Tijuana area, who later come to foster in the US as we seek long term loving homes for them under PTR's umbrella.
Pawsitive Tails to Remember “PTR” is a section 501(c)(3) no-kill dog rescue group, incorporated in December 2017, with over 75 years of animal and rescue experience amongst our volunteers. PTR is committed to helping the most needy among our community's most vulnerable creatures.
We are a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to restoring the dogs under our care to physical and emotional health as they await placement in loving, responsible homes.
Virtually all donated funds will be spent directly on the care of the animals.
PTR stands ready to help you, our prospective adopter or foster home, to find a companion who will thrive in your heart and home. We are here to assist you in every way possible throughout the fostering and adoption process, and will continue to be a helpful resource after you have welcomed your new pets into your life.
