Sadly Hank's Roan Freckle was put to rest to day. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer recently and I have been trying to decide which of the options the vet gave me to choose. Last night he escaped his pasture and got in with another horse. I found them standing together like buddies this morning but Roany's lower jaw had been broken. If there is a heaven for horses I'm sure he's running free with Bee and Cream, the two mares he had many foals with.
