Our Story

Proven breeder of exceptional Small Munsterlanders, the best hunting partner and family dog you will find. We have owned Small Munsterlanders since 1995. We are committed to owning and breeding only the highest quality, proven hunting stock that adheres to the FCI standards. We hunt, test and breed the best Small Munsterlanders you will find and have the most diverse breeding stock you will find anywhere in the the world because we are focused on producing healthy dogs with calm and cooperative temperaments that have inherited the best hunting skills and great dispositions in the home and field. We have acquired and raised and only breed the best Small Munsterlanders who represent the German FCI standard and that have the temperament and hunting ability that makes this breed a wonderful family member and hunting partner. Breeding and training Small Munsterlanders is not our “job” or a just a “hobby” for us because we want to have a litter of puppies.......it is our passion and commitment to breed only the best dogs possible and to do everything we can to prepare our pups for their new hunting homes. We have always offered a six year health guarantee. With the help of Tom McDonald, who first imported the breed into the U.S., we have obtained outstanding breeding stock. Tom McDonald has helped us import several of our dogs and semen from five different countries. Our goal is to only breed the best dogs possible with good hunting skills and calm/cooperative temperaments in the field and in the home. Our breeding stock comes from proven lines in the U.S., Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and the Czech Republic. We are one of very few breeders of Small Munsterlanders in the United States who can honestly show that our dogs are regularly trained and hunted on upland game and waterfowl as well as some of our dogs are used to blood track and to hunt furred animals. We test our dogs in NAVHDA, AKC and HRC hunting tests to measure the inherited traits in our breeding lines as well as several of our dogs are UKC and IABCA Conformation Champions. We also have five dogs (VC Joker, Etta, Nixie Rae, Branka and Tevah) that have undergone the rigorous testing to become certified therapy dogs used to visit nursing homes, hospitals and schools.

All of our puppies/started dogs that we sell come not only with a six year health guarantee but our commitment to assist owners with training.
