Goose is one of the special ones that earned his spot at the top, not from color but through his attitude and ability. He might be sorrel, but he’s built impeccable and his manners are exactly the same. Goose has been used in the mountains, on the ranch, in the arena, jackpot ropings, ranch rodeos, and ridden by the kids as well as high end riders and novices. He adapts to the riders needs with ease and is always a quiet willing partner. He is point and go anywhere on the trail; river, mud, steep hills, brush or rock slides he goes no questions asked. Goose is easy to operate, one hand broke, and has a perfect mix of safe and “feel” so he is fun for all levels. He is as solid in the box both heading and heeling as anything we’ve had around and will take a lot of runs without ever changing. He is honest in his rate and handle and will step up or down to match your needs. Goose faces well, is easy to heel on, and is strong on the rope if you want to tie on solid. I can’t say enough good about this horse and the life experience he has for only being 8 years old. Don’t hesitate to come see him for yourself and you’ll fall in love as well.

We fell in love and bought Vic as a weanling, left him out on the ranch where he was born until late summer of his 2 year old year. We then put him into our program for the last year and boy has he really turned into something that is ready for you to go enjoy. Vic is kind, gentle, and full of personality. We have used him outside and showed him the ways of the mountains, water crossings, and rough trails. He’s also spent alot of time in the arena fine tuning his skills there. Vic operates to the level of rider; he doesn’t care if you’re big or small, or what level you’re at he will make you have a great day. He has a nice stop (even if you’re 9 and in a halter), he spins nicely, and lopes circles quietly on a loose rein. He is willing to do anything you ask but has a very laid back personality and is content to chill out and watch the jackpot if your spouse needs a chair to watch from. Vic is on track both heading and heeling to start seasoning at the jackpots or take to the futurities next year. He scores great, has plenty of run, but really shows his talent to rate and handle cattle heading. He will make you feel comfortable and mounted no matter what roping you want to enter. He is easy to ride and stays honest to what you’re asking of him. Heeling, he reads cattle in the corner, times up well, and makes catching easy. He has broke in freshies and taken plenty of hits to be solid on the horn. Vic has his whole life ahead of him and is ready to go on with his new owners.

Stetson is fancy, gentle, and talented. He has been used outside, in the feedlot, and in the arena. He is truly one hand broke, stops well, has a good turnaround, is easy to operate and good strided. He is a solid head horse, scores well, runs hard, and is always responsive in the handle so he is adaptable from high number ropers to low numbers. He is always the same horse, never offered to buck or be silly and is easy to handle and be around on the ground. Stetson is good to shoe, bathe, clip, catch, haul etc. He crosses water, mud, brush, rock or anything else you point him at easily. We have used him to pony colts, break in cattle, and anything else you may need. Stetson is a fun horse that would be a great addition to anyone’s string. He has an old shin splint on the right front but it causes him no issues.
