Effective May 1,2023 there will be a 20$ charge for anyone that cancels their appointment as of the same day! We only have so many spots for that day and when there is a cancelation I can't fill that spot with such short notice! And as of this last week I had 3 cancelations the same day and 2 the next day! We understand there will be extenuating circumstances, and we will pay attention to this! We so appreciate our customers and thank you for your business!

I had a situation today that really upset me beyond words I had what i thought was a great client and friend who had wonderful dogs and the dogs were wonderful to groom.and I enjoyed them very much I groom because I love grooming and yes I’ve slowed down a lot and do parttime but actually I don’t need to groom to make a living I don’t need to groom at all... I still groom because I love the dogs I have as clients and I’ve made some some new ones but cherish my loyal small clientele... what happened today made me never want to groom again but I will keep at it for all my other clients two and four legged.. ❤️ thank you to you all who know me who truly know me.. and I will miss the dogs I lost today
