Just Bruno and Oakley showing off their skills working tandem together 🥰
We love to challenge dogs who are working on higher level Obedience by working them side by side together! With this we practice heel, sit, down, walking around distractions, etc, etc.
This is really complicated for a lot of dogs but so satisfying when they accomplish it!
Bruno has done this with Oakley (Cane Corso), Copper (mixed breed), and Nala (Pitty) and all have done so well with it!🤩
Here at Pup Master Academy, we're very passionate about helping Juniors build a relationship with their dogs, pursuing dog sports, and learning the joys of working with dogs!
We volunteer our free time to help the 4h dog project kids train and prepare for their show at the county fair and we love watching all the kids grow a wonderful relationship with their dogs!
But we're also excited to help Juniors pursue their dreams outside of 4h!
In this video Rowan, a 4h volunteer who helps us keep our facility clean, is working learning to work a wonderful client's dog! Murfie was one of the first puppies to join our S.T.A.R Puppy Group Class last year and he and his mom have made such great progress together this past year! Rowan is helping him learn to be comfortable around other dogs to help him and his mom continue to have a great relationship together!
Anyone else have kids who are passionate about working with their dogs? We'd love to help encourage that passion!🥰
Place sessions are one of our favorite ways to work with multiple dogs at once! Look at these 6 doing so good!
Can you guess who the Board & Refresh dogs are and who the new Board & Train dogs are, and who the service dogs in training are? 🤔😉
All set up at Tail Waggers & Wash come say hi!!
Hades is showing off his "Beer me" trick today at the Tail Waggers & Wash event!
Scary windy days mean no public lessons for the day😅 Instead we're working on relaxing and taking a break with place stays. This is very important for pet dogs as well as service dogs!
Dogs in the video;
Cisco - GSD mix, perfect good boy - pet
Karma - Golden Retriever, The goodest girl - pet
Archer - Golden/Poodle mix, service dog prospect for Mission: Service Dog
BooBoo - Labrador Retriever, Service Dog prospect for Mission Service Dog
We always love the nice days as we can have sessions like this one! 🥰
Today was super nice so Koda got to go run in the pasture for a few minutes and practice his recalls. He did fantastic and actually impressed us when he was dead sprint after a bunny, but put on the breaks and came back when called! Very proud of him! 🥰🥰
Koda did a Board & Train program with us last year and comes back every so often when his mom is out of town! We love seeing our Board & Trains again and having them come stay with us and get a refresh! Koda is one that you can tell his mom still keeps up with his training! Her hard work definitely has paid off and he's always done so well when he's come back!
Pictures will come later, but we had to share our last moments with Bellamy 🥰🥰🥰 He did great for their last lesson and was so attentive to Pasileigh the whole time.
Good luck on your new journey WyoDG You’ve Got a Friend in Bellamy FDC CGCA CGCU VHMP VHMA
we will all miss you but are very proud of your new adventure! Take care of Pasileigh! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
This morning Bellamy and his handlers had a session at Epic Egg. We discussed proper restaurant manners, public access manners and what to expect, as well as going over what businesses are legally allowed to deny a service dog and which can accommodate them, while also talking about how to handle access issues!
Everyone at Epic Egg was so great with Bel, completely ignored him and let him do his job! He stayed tucked up under the table and took a nap while Pasileigh ate her breakfast.
He's been doing so fantastic of transferring over to them and we're very excited to see that!
♥️Valentine's Raffle Drawing!♥️
Lola with Zen Dog Training helped us get some CGC titles on a few of our dogs today!
Bellamy earned his CGCA and CGCU titles, as did Hazel and Ford. And Bashir earned his CGCU title 🥳
Cisco struggled with a couple parts of the test so we are continuing training with him and will try again later, but he did good holding his place while we performed the tests and even with Lola's Ibizan Hound, Nacho, doing tests as well! This was a good training experience for him!
Thank you Lola for helping us out today! 🥰
Bomani and Remi are working hard at Home Depot this morning. And Hades came along to show off his skills as usual 🥰
Everyone is doing so great for the ecollar class this evening! We have such a fun mix of dogs and very excited to see everyone's progress!
Cisco and Bellamy are the best of friends and it's great to see!
They both have a great example of healthy play (though it doesn't show in this video 😂), they'll take turns chasing each other, being on top during the play fighting, and just great about going back and forth!
They never get too rough with each other and if one does, they break off, shake, then return to play when both are ready!
We have never had to step in and advocate for either dog and they've been such great friends! 😍
Our ecollar group class closes soon, we still have a few more openings! Book now before it closes!
If you don't have a mini educator, it is included in the price of the class.
We will have 6 weeks of practicing off leash commands, long distance commands, and more! There is so much joy in being able to have your dog off leash in areas where you can, such as hiking, camping, swimming, and much more!
No dog was ever upset about the amount of freedom they have😉
Video is of Service Dog in Training, Bellamy, practicing his off leash heel. As you can tell, he's still a bit rusty himself and missed a command towards the end, but he's also still in the beginning stages of this, so h is going to make mistakes.
He's working on this command in pet friendly Jax.
If you want to enjoy the joys of off leash commands, sign up here! New clients and old clients just wanting a refresh are all welcome!

Cold days🥶 mean inside fun time! 🥳 Everyone is loving playing with the toys in the warmth of the training room!
Lola just wants all the pets and attention 😂, Cisco just wants to relax in a warm, cozy bed, meanwhile, Bellamy and Remi had a great time knocking the cover off the couch and enjoying their chews together 😂 These two have become the mischief twins 👀😂
What are your dogs up to in this cold weather! ❄️
Have you ever wanted your pup to go into all the pet friendly stores with you and show off how good they are?
This is one of the main things we focus on with our Board & Trains! During their stay with us they go to as many pet friendly store we can possibly make it to and plenty of parks to practice generalizing their commands to new locations!
Being able to take our dog with us where they are allowed and have them behave, not pull on leash, not bark at people or dogs, not jump on people, etc, etc, is one of the most satisfying things with our dogs!
We offer a Free in home Consultation as well as Group Classes, Private Lessons, and Board and Train packages and work on a variety of things with your pup from basic obedience including (but not limited to); place, sit, down, come, heel, and implied stays, to a variety of tricks, certain sports, and much more!
Our trainers are certified through IACP (International Association of Canine Professionals), as well as CGC and Trick evaluators for AKC, and Trick instructors for Do More With Your Dog!
We pride ourselves in constantly learning new things to better help our clients and their dogs to build a lasting relationship and live their lives to the fullest!
Luca here is practicing his off leash heel, long distance and duration stays, as well as out of sight stays at Jax and enjoys learning new things!
Bellamy has been working hard learning his motivational retrieve and has made some good progress with it!
This is not a task his handler will need but it is a fun one to teach and can definitely be a useful task or just a fun trick!
Cute little blooper at the end 😂
Dog training bloopers😂
We were practicing the motivational retrieve with Bellamy and instead of grabbing the dowel rod, he got distracted rubbing it's scent all over him 😂
This is a great example that training is never perfect! The dog will make mistakes, so will the handler, but you always want to continue to work to improve those mistakes and reward that improvement! Sometimes those mistakes can be just downright funny😂 Just laugh and keep working at it!
