Who is/was your "very special" cat? Mine was a long-haired tortoiseshell named Amanda. During the 16 years of her life, I made about 12 major moves cross country and back. She was my carryon luggage. She saw me through three moves to New Orleans, one to Chicago and my first cross country move to Long Island in 1987. There were more moves....too many to mention.
