Pawsible Independence Assistance Dog - PIAD Helping people with disabilities gain independence by providing them with a well-matched, well trained, loving helpmate

PIAD Program:
Assistance dog training:
-) Service/mobility dog
~ We teach them to turn lights on and off, pick up dropped object,
Open and close doors, balancing, and these are just some of the
104 commands we teach our service dog to do.

-) Hearing dog
~ alerting phone calls, door bells, etc

-) Medical alert dog
~ We teach Diabetic alert dogs

-) Assistance dog

~ We teach them to turn lights on and off, pick up dropped object,
Open and close doors, etc.

-) We also do owner trained service dog
We can help owner look for a new dog to be trained as a service dog or
train their own dog to be their service dog but there are restrictions.

* we use golden retriever, collies, shelties and labs for our assistance dog.
