Our auction has started.
A few 2 yr olds, a yearling, and 2023's in this auction.

Our On-Line Auction started this morning. I'm still not done adding info, photos, etc... but it has started.
It will go for a week, and I will continue to add ______ to the auction, and add updated photos, etc.

How to BID-
1. Go to Auction site. (Link above)
2. Create an ACCOUNT if you haven't already created one. Put your email AND phone number in your account so updates can be sent via Email and Text.
3. Ask to JOIN our auction... AND put your Name, PHONE Numbers, and complete ADDRESS in the NOTES section.
(This will save us both several steps.)
4. The Auction Site will send me an email for Approval.
I will Approve BIDDERS that have provided the basic contact information. I will NOT approve people that have Previously were High Bidder, but did not complete the transaction.
If you Forgot to provide Contact Info in NOTES.... I will send you an EMAIL asking for the information.
That email will come from me ( [email protected] ). Please check your JUNK Folder if you don't see it.
I may also CALL people to get information.
Once Approved to Bid... you can bid on the 'Items' in our Auction.
Read Descriptions.
ONLY Bid what you can afford to do now on most 'Items' , or with a payment plan on 2023's....
DO NOT wait until the last minute to be approved to bid! I will NOT have to approve bidders at the very end of the auction.
The auction is scheduled to continue for one week, and end MON 3/20/23 at 8pm CST.

First BABY of the Year...
AND INFO about our FOAL PROGRAMS....

First BABY of the Year!
Not an Equine... but, I'll settle for an adorable Bovine!
We have 4 FOAL PROGRAMS we offer to Customers....

1. Select a Foal In-Utero... (Gender unknown)
1A- Select the Foal and make p ay me nts.... and pick up foal after weaned. This foal is yours whether it's a C**t or Filly. This option is typically more affordable than a Gender Specific contract.
1B- Select a Foal In-Utero.... (C**T Contract)... Make p ay me nts and if the Foal is a C**T.... that C**t is yours, and you p ay him off for the next few months, and pick him up after weaned. If the Foal is a Filly.... then you do not have to get the filly... and all funds p aid can be applied to any other available foal or horse....
1C- Select a Foal In-Utero... (FILLY Contract).... Make p ay me nts and if the Foal is a FILLY.... that Filly is yours, and you p ay her off over teh next few months, and pick her up after weaned. If the Foal is a C**t.... then you do not have to get the c**t... and all funds p aid can be applied to any other available foal or horse....

2. Become a PREFERED BU Y ER- ... In this case.... the customer knows they want a C**t or Filly from our Program... BUT.... they want to wait until they are Born to Decide... But, they don't want to miss out on a great foal...... In this situation... the customer makes monthly pa yme nts toward the Future Foal.... AND... when there is a Foal Born that has not previously been selected..... Any P.B. Customers will be notified of the new foal.... and Gets FIRST Right of Refusal before the Foal is offered to the Public. Funds previously sent act as a Deposit, and the customer has a few more months to p ay balance.
If there are more than one P.B. on the List they will all be notified at the same time... and if interested.... they can contact me....
Foals not chosen by a P.B. will be offered to the public.
Prefered B uye rs would have up to 2 years to select a Foal.

3. Select an A vail able C**t or Filly AFTER BORN. Many Foals will be offered to the Public, and posted on our website. Customers interested in these Foals can select them, and make pa ymen ts through weaning time.
Note- When a customer selects a foal that is already weaned, or a yearling, etc.... a Monthly Plan might be accepted, but the horse remains at the ranch until PIF. Board is Due Monthly during pa yment period.

4. CUSTOM MADE FOALS..... We can custom make a foal for a customer... We use our mares and stallions... to create a Foal with the Breed, Bloodlines and Color Options that best fit the customer. A Deposit is due, the mare is bred, and then the Customer has around 14 months to complete the pur ch ase.

NOTE- Pur chases on a Monthly plan allows Customers to have a several months to complete the s ale.
If selected After Born.... up to 5 months...
If selected Before born... 5 to 13 months.
Is a Custom Made Foal... Deposit, then around 14 months....

In all Cases..... A WRITTEN AGREEMENT protects both Parties.
In ALL Cases... Customer needs to discuss the selection with me by PHONE CALL. I will not offer a foal to someone or create a foal for someone that will not take the time to have a conversation with me by phone. 580-471-4040.
In all cases.... if something went wrong... the customer can apply all funds toward a different unchosen foal or horse.

Foals will be raised at our ranch near Snyder, OK.
