We’ll be hosting two pop up markets this month for folks that want to stock up on storage veggies and winter greens! The first is this Thursday 11/21 2-6 pm, and next Wednesday 11/27 2-6 pm. Details and pricing can be found on the homepage of our website intervalecommunityfarm.com

Winter share starts TOMORROW for folks in Group 1 !
Across the street from our summer share area. Shares are still available, details on our website. We’re ending the growing season with plenty of roots (sweet potatoes !), cabbages, and winter greens in our high tunnels. We’ll be eating very well :) Our pals will be there with their pasture raised meats too. See you soon 💗

At this time of year I prepare for winter. Snow tires were done on Saturday. I made the first hearty, winter soup. And this morning there were bits of snow on the roof and ground.

We've been harvesting everything in the fields and our coolers are filling fast for the winter shares. Yes, winter shares are starting this week on Halloween!!

If you haven't signed up yet, don't delay! We have room for you but we are 90% sold right now. You don't want to miss out!

Coming into our final week of summer share pickups 🥺
Pick some flowers, make some tiny bouquets, get some veg, and see your farmers before we move across the street for winter share (slots still available). Thank you so much for coming down 🙏🏼

Our annual meeting and harvest supper is on Saturday Oct 26 at the Old North End Community Center. All csa members are welcome and encouraged to attend ! More details can be found on our website.

Thank you ICF members! Maple Wind Farm has enjoyed being at your pickups this season. Our final 2 days will be: Thursday October 17th and Monday Oct 21st. It will be the final opportunity to get fresh never frozen pasture raised chicken.
I highly recommend doing a preorder at least the day before so you can get just the selection you want of our meats! Put in the notes: "ICF & date of pickup". We also do home deliveries every Thursday throughout the year. Shop MWF here
