More than 140 equestrians representing 55 stables across nine USHJA Zones put their horsemanship knowledge to the test in this year's USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Stable Challenge! 📝

Congratulations to Carly Stelling on her purchase of our 4 year old Westphalian gelding Doug!!! We are so grateful to know that he will enjoy the luxuries of living in the Bluegrass state, and we cannot wait to see him be brought along slowly and correctly. This one is going to be really cool as he develops. Thank you to everyone involved in making this match!

Lightly broke, maybe 90 rides since being sat on mid September. Excellent movement and temperament. Still very green but really wants to please. Finish him your way. This one is going to be special! Currently barefoot, up to date on all vaccines, coggins, and microchipped. Low 5 figures to purchase.

Congratulations to Brianna Radtke & her own Roc The Spot, who competed successfully at the Barracks December Horse Show at the Virginia Horse Center last weekend in the jumpers. Bri & Coco have had a hiatus from showing due to a number of health setbacks since WEC Ocala last year. Bri always has Coco’s best interest at heart and we are so proud of these two for all their hard work to get back to the show ring successfully! Looking forward to see all they accomplish in the year ahead 🧡 Happy to work with such a dedicated pair!

Casually listing lovely December 2019, Westphalian, Gelding. Newly started, about 60 days under saddle. Shows great promise to be a lovely young horse. Obviously still very green, but willing, athletic and sweet. Currently barefoot with great feet, up to date on all vaccines and coggins. Stands about 15.3/16hh. Handled daily, turned out individually or in a group, lunges in full tack, and goes w/t/c lightly.
Get him now before his training increases.

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to end Christmas break than at WCHR week at the absolute best venue, World Equestrian Center 💚💗💚A huge thank you to WEC for putting on a lovely horse show, as always the care to horses and exhibitors does not go unnoticed.
Special congratulations to all our horses and riders who stepped into the show ring and all finished with some exceptional results. A huge thank you to ThinLine Global and Kunkle Equestrian Gloves for their support of our team, and products that keep us and our horses happy! 🦄🦄🦄

Katherine Atherton & SBC’s Phantom had consistent rounds their first time out together in the Low Adult Hunters, with double scores of 82 & 73 Saturday and Sunday, good enough for 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th in the combined Child/Adult Classic!
Emily Simmons & Podcast stepped up to the Adult Hunters at just their second show together and walked away with a 2nd U/S and 3rd O/F!
Sarah Miller & SBC’s Harrison laid down some consistent trips in a HUGE USHJA 2’6” Hunter division, with a 4th U/S and 8th O/F in a california split of over 40 horses!
I was lucky enough to pilot SBC’s Jetson through a group of 20 USHJA 2’9” Hunters to take 2nd under saddle and finished with an 82 over fences, good enough for 5th!
Camilla Cort & her own Nerly Chin de Muze walked away with the blue ribbon 🏆💙🥇in a competitive 3’3” Older Junior Hunter Division, as well as a 4th place over fences. Muse also had good results in the 3’3” Green Hunters earlier in the week with Alexandra Fredal, including a 4th in a competitive under saddle. Thank you to the Cort family & Skypoint Farm Redean Sheppard for the ride on this amazing mare!

As always, feeling forever grateful to these incredible animals for everything that they do for us each day! They truly do make our lives better 💗💗💗

Our first time at the Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort did not disappoint. A huge thank you to the Cort family for the ride on their fabulous mare Nerly Chin de Muze in the 3’3” Green Hunters. Muse marched around the Main Hunter ring among some exceptionally stellar competition, taking home top ribbons in every class she competed in. Congratulations to Camilla Cort for her top results in an exceptional group of combined 3’3”/3’6” Junior Hunters, including a 2nd 🥈 place o/f, 3rd 🥉 u/s, and a 5th place finish in the Junior Hunter Classic!

I cannot thank Skypoint Farm, Redean Shepard & Tammy Cagno for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to work with Muse & Cammy this week. What a fantastic week of horse showing it was! 🦄

A fantastic week at the Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort with the SBC Hunter/Jumper crew. Congratulations to all put ladies for a stellar week!

We had a great weekend showing at the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Britt Larson-Jackson '22 riding her own Blue Karoo had good trips in the 0.90m jumpers.

Shannon Huth '23 riding her own Bleu Utopia was 6th in two Low Adult Jumper classes, and third in a large 0.90m class.

Mary Keating '24 riding her own Rockefeller Z was 8th in a large 0.80m jumper class.

Charlotte Hadley '22 riding her own DaVinci had good rides in the 1.10m and 1.20m Low Amateur Jumpers.

Isa Robinson '25 riding her own Icon SLF was 3rd in the NAL/WIHS Children's Jumper Classic.

Sarah Weller '24 and her own Harmony's Casburga had good trips in the hunters and jumpers.

Alexandra Fredal is happy to announce that she is joining the family at Sweet Briar College in Virginia. Looking forward to a fun filled year attending horse shows at the Virginia Horse Center and other local venues, IHSA shows, NCEA meets, and so many other wonderful events that SBC has to offer their students.
