My girls have been super understanding this week. They're really good about my coming home smelling like other dogs. They don't even bat an eye when I've been with one of my regular clients, but when I smell like a cat they are less understanding. This week I've been taking care of a dog and five cats, two of the cats are super friendly. And, honestly, if my dogs didn't think that cats were spicy squeaky toys, I'd kidnap one of those cats.

Vacation is over and I'm back to work. As much as I hate waking up before noon, it was nice to see Bingley, the coonhound, today. Interestingly enough, on our walk a raccoon crossed the road about a half block away. (Coonhound: Dog who hunts c***s). Bingley TOTALLY flunked Coonhound 101, thank goodness!

Maggie was a perfect little lady this past week. I'm sure she's glad her mom and dad are home, but I'm sorta sad about that. I'll miss her.

Please make sure not to keep your pets in a parked vehicle. The results can be fatal to them.

Remember, state law allows citizens to make entry to a hot car to rescue an animal - if the citizens have first called 911 & made a good faith attempt to find the vehicle’s owner first.

Spent the weekend with Shayna (the sweetest pup EVER) and her new little sister, Nala. OMG, that kitten wore me out just watching her!
