Archie is cruising into the spoiled life, and doesn't even know it. My cat lady heart is happy!! ☺

Cat Lady Update

Today has been a rough one. Oliver's new home didn't work out as planned, the person backed out last minute. I had such high hopes for my boy, but that's okay because his perfect family will come along at the right time.

I'm also deeply saddened to announce that Matilda has lost all of her kittens. I have been very fortunate over the years, and most of my cats have been wonderful first time moms, but that wasn't the case this time. All things considered, her pregnancy was smooth and delivery was pretty normal. Those primal birthing instincts were there, but she didn't know quite what to do with the babies once they were born. Despite my best efforts, I lost the last kitten today. So.... I will give my girl time to rest and heal, and possibly try again later.

As a breeder, I know it is inevitable that I will experience loss, but knowing that doesn't make it any better when it happens 💔

Here's to hoping better days are just around the corner. Thank you, Cat Fam, for all the love and support shown to us & our cattery

Keep calm, y'all, but it's kitten time again!!

Matilda's due date was actually yesterday, but it's not out of the norm for me to be a day or two off when I calculate....especially if I don't witness every breeding.

Anywho, my Tildy girl did me a favor and waited until today, *after* I hosted a baby shower for my sister-in-law. 🤪🤣 So, I'll be extra tired but I'll be staying up late tonight delivering a new batch of cuteness.

This sweet, beautiful girl has almost weaned her two kittens. Sadly, motherhood just isn't for her.... so I am choosing to do what's best for her, and place her in a pet home.

Cat Lady Update

Whew, y'all...it's been a busy summer but it's winding down, er...sorta. Tonight is open house 🏡 at school!! My daughter will be going to 7th grade. Time has flown for my "little kitten". Once we're back to the swing of things, I'll be posting more about our kittens and upcoming litters.

Sheba's kittens are almost ready to go home 🏡. Both Amos and Archie are still looking for their fur-ever families. These two boys are just precious 😍

Maggie's litter is growing and doing great. A few of the babies have both eyes open, but not everyone yet, so I'll hold off on pics for a little longer.

Matilda is due in just a few days, around August 2.
The cuteness is coming y'all, hang tight! 🦁

I still have a few adult cats also looking for retirement homes. There is no adoption fee, but a thorough interview and local pickup are required. Please PM for more details.
