Heard from Midwest friend -9 there this morning, 7 degrees here in Yakima. Drove up the Yakima River Canyon and caught a couple nature shots. About 32 head of Big Horn Sheep with a few Rams, lots of ewes, and lamb. Good to see! When the weather gets this cold the Yakima River will create an Ice Jam above Rosa Damn. The picture of Phin is where I was standing mid river last week swinging for trout with my 4weight Trout Spey. Should be back out there either this weekend or next. Will see. Love living in the Pacific NW. (FYI last day of WA State Pheasant Season - Phin and I got out but not enough). ✌️✌️
