I have 2 full blood Wagyu (think Kobe beef locally grown) grained finished steers that are ready to be butchered. This meat has a healthy fat like avocados. It tastes like beef cooked in butter without using butter!! yum yum!!!
I am going to sell one steer and keep one steer. So get your orders in early for this beef. If you purchase before the packaging is done, you get it with the serving size you want in a package and what cuts you want otherwise it will done for 2 servings and the cuts I want.
Deposits can be made but full payments will be expected prior to pickup and the meat processing plant will not release without my approval.
Pricing will depend on which processor I go with. I will have this info before the steers go to the processor. I have an appointment for 12/28 at this time and the meat can hang from 14 to 21 days. I am checking on another processor if I get any interest from outside of Missouri.
I also have 1 steer that was mostly grass feed but had 2 months on grain. It is ready for purchase by the pound and is currently in my freezer.
We have steaks - t-bone, fillet, sirloin, tenderized round and Swiss. Roasts are pikes peak, chuck and arm. Of coarse we have hamburger in 1 and 2 lb packages. Limited briskets, beef ribs and beef liver(great for fish bate). Packages are for 2 servings.
Prices will be based off of Walmart prices of same cuts plus a $1/lb. This is real cheap for this meat!!! I need my freezer open for the new beef
