It has been warm but we managed to get some birds in tough cover the last few days. Lots of heat management for the dogs.

I just saw this on Muddy Waters HRC from 2007. This makes me miss Dutch a lot. Dutch and I went 4-5 in Finished Tests that year. Andy was running Sniper.

Retriever Gun Dog Training in the U.P.: Mid-May thru the end of August 2022

I have three full time spots open to train flushing dogs for upland birds, waterfowl and hunt tests. I am also able to do this on a hourly, weekly basis as well. I have 20 plus years training, and hunting with my Chesapeake's. I also have several years experience in running hunt tests and have owned and trained three H.R.C.H. U.KC. Hunt Test Titled dogs. I have access to several properties that have great land and water to train on. Red my current dog has also titled in A.K.C. at the Senior level and we are now running Masters. My two younger dogs Magnus and Tiny are training for Senior this summer. All three dogs are excellent grouse and woodcock dogs along with waterfowl hunting.
