855 PETLIFT is not under the same ownership as before. One of the owners was court ordered to turn over the business to Kellee for multiple reasons. Most of the reviews that are found on Yelp and other places were during the time of the previous owner and should not be held against the new owner. Reminder to all clients that we do not control the timing with customs and constantly badgering and cussing out our staff will not be tolerated. As much as we would like to control the time through customs, that is something we are unable to give a timeframe on. All clients are individually responsible to set up their brokerage paperwork and have it done in a timely manner in order for a successful crossing. (We do not mind helping you fill this out but you were ultimately responsible to get it submitted in a tiny manner).
If you wait till the last minute to turn in your broker paperwork there is huge room for errors and can cause a delay at the border. The safety of the pets in our staff is the number one concern and we ask you to be understanding and kind when you were communicating with our staff.

We go over all of these terms and conditions in our transport agreement so you are completely aware prior to setting up what the stipulations are when doing an international transport. If for some reason you do not fill out your broker paperwork in a timely manner, you will be moved to the next transport or you will be responsible for reschedule fees such as flights hotels and anything else.

Please note: We do usually cross with more than one animal bound for Canada and each person’s paperwork has to be an order for the Crossing to be completed. If you are wanting a private Transport we also provide those.
