Little Miss Sabrina will be arriving next week as a 4-5 month old Chiweenie female. She is currently in an out of town foster home who reports she is a happy friendly girl. She is getting her vaccines and spay this week and is looking for a fantastic adoption family to love her forever!!

Update: we have a foster to adopt application for her.

Monique is so unique in her lavish blond locks and curls. She is a 6 year old poodle who has been well cared for and has a calm sweet personality. She will be available this Saturday and we are accepting applications . She weighs about 20 #.

Ammo is so thankful to have found his forever home this weekend and he never wants to let her go! From being a Shaggy abondoned fella to an adored part of a family is the icing on the cake! His new mom has helped us foster other pups in the past and she is such a committed leader that he will have love and guidance to support him in the future.

A happy ending story! This handsome fella was a winessed dump dog in front of the Agape house recently and a kind soul took him home to get him out of the cold, we'll call her Angel #1. Angel #1 put one of our rescue collars on him as a temporary measure that has our name and number until she could get one for his own self. They took him to the Humane Society and had him scanned for a chip but alas no chip was found. The Humane Society could not take him due to their current restrictions and he came back home with Angel #1. Today he was in such a hurry to get out to play he bolted loose and wandered over to a new yard where angels #2 and #3 lived who tried to lure him with cheese ( he reminded them that he was a dog not a mouse) but they finally convinced him they were kind and safe and they brought him in to be rescued again. They called us and we came a running only to get to meet all Angels involved and the dog back with Angel #1 again. She has chosen to keep him and he has gone to the store to get a tag and has a veterinarian appointment next week. We all need good stories to have faith in all the Angels out there and to become one when called upon in a time of need.

This little sweetheart is 4 years old and is looking for a calm lap to snuggle into. We believe she is a yorkshire terrier chihuahua mix with those pixie ears and she is a little shy. Her mom is ill and can no longer care for her and trusted us to find her a loving home. Please contact us if interested for a meet and greet.

Generosity and selflessness were the gifts that Maggie and Brian gave High Tails rescue animals this year! In place of receiving gifts from her family she asked her family to donate gifts to the sanctuary instead. We were just astounded at the food, toys, puppy pads, and cleaning supplies she and her family donated!!! Thank you Maggie and Brian for thinking of our rescues above and beyond.

We would like to end 2024 by sharing this special adoption this week. Little Bernard is 4 years old and he helped to heal the heart of this dear lady whose previous dog passed away from illness. Her house was too empty and silent when she called us to see if we could find a new friend to fill her heart once again. We think Bernard was the perfect match! Happy New Year to everyone who followed our rescue page and kept our spirits high in 2024. Your continued support means so much to our mission!

Happy Birthday to Myla's new mom who chose this amazing dog to be her new best buddy! Mom was so excited to meet this sweetheart that she was right on time at 11 am at Petsmart and never let go of her lead after that. This should give all of you birthday girls hope that when you close your eyes and blow out those birthday candles your wish can come true!!!

UPDATE: ADOPTED!

This happy , playful , friendly female couch potato is available for adoption tomorrow at Petsmart Washington from 11 am - 3 pm. Great with dogs and children. Hypoallergenic. She adores attention from everyone so stop off and shower her with some christmas cheer!!
