Our Story

This page is to educate people about dogs who are born deaf, blind, physical impairments and neurological issues. We are here to provide help and support to people who have dogs with special needs. We rescue, rehabilitate provide medical care and rehome special needs dogs. Trisha one of the administrators to this page recently had to say good bye to one of her special needs dogs. Theresina was a double merle aussie who was born deaf and partially blind. She suffered from aggression conflict disorder. Unfortunately she was conflicted about almost everything in her world. She only lived to be 4 1/2yrs old. Trisha is the proud owner of 7 deaf dogs. Kiefer who is deaf, Zephyr's Hope who is a double merle who is deaf and partially blind, Gideon who is deaf, Quote who is deaf and has hyper bonding issues, and Leo who is deaf and suffers from complex seizure disorder. Poe a DM Aussie,Ophelia who is a double merle and is deaf and visually impaired, Twain a border collie with cerebellar Hypoplasia
