Doberman Rescue of Nebraska Doberman Rescue of Nebraska, Inc. All of our intake rescue dogs are current with all shots, are on heartworm preventative monthly, and are neutered/spayed.

is a non-profit organization which rescues Dobermans from shelters, owners who cannot or will not provide for them and those who are strays whose owners never try to locate them. There is no donation that is too small, as 100% it goes to our rescued Dobermans and make a direct impact on their care for meals, medical, boarding and enrichment while awaiting their forever homes.

Our sweet girl is just about a year and a half young. She is without doubt a very sweet and smart girl that already knows some of her basic commands 📚

She is young, energitic and eager to be active. So she currently pulls on her leash and like many young dogs will need help on those manners. 🦮

She enjoys a nice car ride, playing together, has and has lived around other dogs. 🐕 🎾

Cats are not known at this time 🐈‍⬛

We’re seeking for her new family to commit to enriching and investing in Nina to become the best she can be by following obedience classes and training. 🎓

CHRISTMAS AT THE GENERAL DODGE HOUSE
Our tree decorator team has created another masterpiece in the nursery at the Dodge House. Check it out. It will make you go "bananas". That is the only hint we will give. 😀 The Dodge and Beresheim houses are a perfect outing for the Christmas season.

We are so grateful to be able to share in this event each year. Thank you to our friends at Historic Dodge House and to our volunteers who work tirelessly each year to put this together. Note: they do not use any rescue funds for this event but do it as a labor of love to the rescue and the community.

The theme of this Holiday Season is "It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas".

December hours are as follows:

The last admission is taken 1 hour prior to closing

AJ 🧡 Our sweet AJ came to our rescue way back in the Spring. As the temps begin to drop, AJ is still looking to find a loving home to warm his paws and warm your hearts! 🍂🏡 He’s handsome, charming and estimated to be between 3-5 years young. He walks, he shakes, sits and can lay down! This boy is always smiling and super eager to find companionship🐕 He’s playful and friendly. And while he will just LOVE to watch your favorite football teams along side of you this Fall, he is also looking for a match that can “put him in the game” and keep him balanced and active to provide a positive outlet for that energy ⚡️🏈 Like any new dog, AJ will deserves dedicated training to ensure he pleases you. This is our sweet Esther and she is still looking for the perfect home. My name is Esther and I am 6 weeks old. My sister Sara(pended for adoption) and I are the daughters of Willow. We are doing great all because of God answering prayers and bringing us help! I am a very sweet girl and pretty tolerant of my bratty sister Sara. Sometimes she pushes me though and then I give her a puppy punch out! I love to be held and adored. I need to go to a home with prior recent young Doberman(or like breed experience) and my new family must have the patience to deal with all things puppy! Obedience training will also be needed. I am going to grow up to be like my sweet momma. I already look like her.
