HEY ALL! Unfortunately the 5th smallest baby will not make it. I fed him by hand for 3 days and I believe has some growing difficulties, his body was still the size of a newborn.

We have 4 babies to take! Magpies and whites, maybe a cream! Have an amazing day! 🥰😘

The little rascals group! First picture, there are 4 babies. Second picture there are five. Not very sure on the life expectancy on the little guy, just wanted to make sure he had a picture. 😞
This started out as a litter of 8, and don’t know if it will make the cut to 5. Last litter of 5 was easy, they did not have to fight over food. But these babies are already fighting over food being they are still thinking there are many. Please pray for this little guy!

RABBITRY POLICY (MUST BE SIGNED FOR A BUNNY)

We know for sure the gender at 4 weeks old and accidents can happen. Rabbit genders are not easy to know, so buyer is completely responsible to check on date of pickup! If gender is not accurate, You either take it or leave it, I might be able to swap but if bunny is more expensive, you must pay the difference.


We will let all buyers know pickup location and specific times! THIS IS A CLOSED RABBITRY FOR THE SAFTEY OF THE BUNNIES AND MY FAMILY!

Waitlist, I have a waitlist available at all times. A wait list for each doe is always open. Simply message me, and I'll add you to it. If someone is over you on the waitlist, they'll have the first pick of the litter unless they don't want to pay a holding fee, then it moves on to the next person.

Bunnies must be picked-up within a week of the date they are ready. If not, I charge $15 per week, per rabbit.

All our rabbits are healthy and happy when they leave. They live in safe, clean, and loving environments. So if something happens to the bunny after you leave, I will not refund you. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES AND HEALTH ISSUES! If something were to happen and you are unable to keep your rabbit, you must contact me before hand and ask if I want it back. And you must let me know who the Rabbit will be going to and must have my permission!

Transports. I will meet a transport up to 20 minutes away before you pay for my gas. You are responsible for arranging transports and filling out the forms. I need to know who they are and where they will be 4 weeks before the rabbit leaves my property. I DO NOT PAY FOR TRANSPORT! That is your responsibility, not mine. The rabbits deposit can be through Venmo or Zelle. But rest of payment due when you pick-up must be through Venmo, Cash, or Check. NO ZELLE because it takes around 24 hours for funds to appear! THIS IS DUE BEFORE BUNNY GOES ON TRANSPORT OR BEFORE PICKUP TIME SAME DAY! My rabbits leave with their papers and transport feed. If that goes missing, I will email you a new paper upon request.

My rabbits START litter box training. It is not 100% that rabbit will be fully trained.

I WILL NOT Neuter or Spay for you! MY RABBITS ARE SOLD WITH PARTIAL PEDIGREES AND BY CONTRACT SIGNED, THEY CANNOT BE BRED UNLESS APPROVED BY ME! You will receive a decorated pedigree with the baby, parents, and grandparents only! This is for decor! My bunnies sold as pets are not fit to breed and this can cause complications. I have the right to go to court with anyone that breeds bunnies behind my back! And you will also be putting a bunnies life in danger doing so! NO BREEDING AT ALL! (unless discussed)

Credit for my rabbits belongs to me. If you do great at a show, don't claim the credit for a rabbit you didn't produce. It's just rude. If I hear of anyone doing this I will publicly correct you and blacklist you. I will notify other breeders to ensure you won't be able to do it again.

I have the right to refuse a sale at any time.

What I charge is what I charge! IT IS A LOT OF WORK TO BREED RABBITS AND IF YOU DON'T GET IT YOU JUST DON'T! If you can't afford to pay the fee, you clearly can't afford to take proper care of the rabbit. Do not attempt to guilt trip or bully me into lowering my fees. These rabbits are my job and everything comes straight out of my pocket. Feed, Bowls, Bottles, Shavings and hay prices have all gone up, and so does the price of the rabbit. My prices are firm and if you want to argue I will just block you.
