SCARS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue in Lake Havasu City, AZ dedicated to saving the lives of stray, surrendered, neglected, abused & abandoned animals; and those at risk of being euthanized in high kill shelters. SCARS is a home/foster-based AZ 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless & abandoned pets (or those at risk to be euthanized) by placing them i
