We have decided to change up our program slightly, and have made the incredibly difficult decision to find Capri a pet home. We won’t be focusing on bluies anymore, and will be switching to focusing more on imports and show lines. This has been one of the hardest decisions for our breeding program as we love Capri and how absolutely stunning she is. After some careful evaluating of our program, we have decided it is for the best for Capri live her best life, spoiled with in a home as a pet!

If you are interested in learning more about Capri, send us a message! Capri is an AKC registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a fluffy bluie coat, and a stunning tail. She is 7 months old, fully vaccinated, crate and potty trained, knows some obedience commands, is so sweet and does so well with grooming and baths. She is such a goofy, loving girl and always wants to be where her people are. Here’s your chance to still get a puppy, while skipping the difficult puppy stage 😅 Capri will be the easiest puppy you’ll ever have the opportunity to own, we know she has been for us. There’s just something so special about a litter of newborn puppies - the little squeaks, wiggles, their glossy, soft fur that you could touch for hours, their little pink noses and sleeping eyes all are such a wonder. And before you know it, you blink, and they’re already opening their eyes, personalities shining through. I love seeing their personalities grow and witness the joy they bring to their families to come - but for now, I will hold their innocent, warm little bodies in my hands and wonder at the beauty of a new life, and how incredibly lucky I am to be a part of such a special moment in time ♥️

There’s a new face around these parts!! 🐾 Say hello to our new addition! We are still deciding on a name for this little fluff ball, but that doesn’t mean we can’t announce him yet! 💕 He will be a future dad here at Blacktail Mountain Corgis. A few weeks plan to pair him with in the future are Poppy, Clover, Arwen, and Capri 💕 Thank you to F&M Corgis for this wonderful boy!

After a long wait and posting many teasers on our story about this pup (sorry, not sorry 😬), we want to introduce you to our new boy and future stud! We don’t have a name for him quite yet, but we’d love to hear any ideas you have! We love names based on nature 🌲 This boy is a red fluffy guy, and if he matures well, he will be a future dad here at Blacktail Mountain Corgis! He flies home on Monday, where we will introduce him with our own pictures 🥰 His dad is a show champion and he has an impressive lineage of imports from Russia (full of show champions as well), his grandfather being an import directly from Russia. We are so excited for the quality he will bring to our program!

Beautiful Arwen girl 💕 We love this sweet, goofy girl! Arwen is currently in heat, but we won’t be breeding her this time. She has had two wonderful litters for us, and we’ve loved watching her be a mom. Her puppies all have incredible temperaments, just like she does! Arwen is our happy go lucky girl who is always eager to please! Her next litter will be planned for fall of this year, so watch out for an announcement for her next heat! 💕

When do you take your Christmas Tree down for the year? Does it go down the end of Christmas Day, or after the New Year? Or do you leave the tree up sometimes a biiiit too long? 😅

Sometimes we let life get in the way and our tree stays up a little long (one year it was still up in February 🫢), but with Poppy and Clover due mid January, we already took our tree down to make room for the whelping boxes in the next few weeks. I’d say we are being overachievers 🫡😂

Both of these girls have been confirmed pregnant!! 🥳 Clover and Poppy are such sweet pups and we are so excited to see them go through pregnancy and raising puppies together, just like they do with the rest of their day to day life 🥹♥️ They are both due right around January 20th. Stay tuned for some cute puppies on their way in the next month! 💕

We find out if Poppy and Clover are both expecting TOMORROW! 🥳 We will post the ultrasound results tomorrow evening, so keep an eye out! We are so excited to confirm if these two are expecting, as the symptoms they have been experiencing are pointing to yes. Stay tuned! 💕Their mom and dad are taking the very best care of Poppy and Clover during their pregnancies, and we are so grateful for the dedicated care they are giving these two 🥰

Navi is our little queen bee 🐝 She is the boss around here, even though she is also the smallest Corgi in the group 😆 She is the best momma dog, and her last litter will be born in 2025 🥲 It is such a bittersweet feeling to have one of the sweetest dogs have their last litter planned for. We will post when Navi is in heat. Until then, am enjoy these pictures of our queen bee! 🐝

Archer is one of the most handsome boys around! His next litter is with Poppy, our fluffy import from Ukraine! Archer’s puppies are always so phenomenal, and we really can’t wait to see this litter. Our waitlist is full for this pairing, but keep an eye out for updates! We may end up having some room once puppies are born 🥰

Capri ✨ We are so happy with how Capri has been maturing! She is currently going through her awkward teenage phase and losing her baby teeth, but is still looking so stunning! 😍 We can’t wait to see this beautiful girl fill out and mature in the months to come.
