To our beloved friends and customers: Thank you so much for all of your support! I wanted to remind everyone of a few things : )

1. These are students who are recently certified. They are still learning and growing as a groomer and that’s why our prices reflect that. They do not have the same experience as someone who has been grooming for a long time.

2. If you are unhappy about the style your dog ended up with or would like something else done you need only ask. Sometimes things can’t work out the way you want to because of heavy matting or the hair direction. Lots of planning and preparation goes into every groom.

3. Times are given to you based on a standard but dogs sometimes do not like to be groomed especially if they don’t go often and their behavior reflects that and extends the time tremendously.

4. All grooms are monitored by an adult.

5. If you have concerns you don’t want to discuss with your groomer I would be more than happy to answer those questions.

I’m training my students to communicate, set standards, meet deadlines as much as possible, and be tactful.

Thank you once again. My students work very hard to give you their best effort. We are thankful for an administration that sees the benefit of our program and supports our efforts.

*All funds from these projects support our students on future trips and opportunities in agriculture and FFA
