Don’t forget that when you’re walking your dog during the warmer months, they don’t have the same protection on their feet that you do! 🌞🐶
Make sure to check the temperature before you head outside. If it’s too hot, keep walks short and stick to grassy areas. Do your best to take long walks during the cooler parts of the day such as early morning or evening. 🌙

Here are the common signs of heat stroke in dogs and how to prevent it. 🐾
Heat stroke, or hyperthermia, happens when your dog’s internal temperature rises above their normal 103°. A temperature of 106° results in heat stroke and anything over 107° can mean organ failure and even death.

Our Story
We have been a DogWatch dealer since 1993. We proudly service Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs and the surrounding areas. We've lived in Omaha since 1979 and can't imagine living anywhere else. Our family consists of my husband and three boys, and we love spending time with our three dogs Pieper, Ivan, and Burton.
The DogWatch team consists of Jack Earl, Laura Earl, Adam Kort, Jacob Berkowitz and Pat Earl.
We love working with animals because of the joy a family pet brings to each family. We chose DogWatch because DogWatch had a superior product offering with the FM Safelink design, 2 year battery life vs. the 3 to 4 month battery life of the competitors, and a user friendly transmitter. We are very excited to offer the SmartFence, the only CONNECTED hidden fence.
