Meet Jasper, our newest intake, a siamese kitten with eyes as blue as the sky and a spirit as bright as a sunbeam. Unfortunately, his tiny 1 lb 4 oz body is battling some tough opponents: scabies, ear mites and upper respiratory infection. Right now, this pint-sized fighter needs medical care - and in a month or so, he will need a loving home and a second chance at purrfection.
Imagine those gorgeous blue eyes pleading for help, his purrs barely audible through the discomfort. Jasper deserves to feel the warmth of a cuddle puddle, not the itch of scabies. He longs for gentle pats and playtime, not isolation and loneliness.

Santa's sleigh got a little fluffier this year! Santa heard the Christmas wish of Sage and Bodhi... The boys saw a picture of kitten Bing online and knew he was all they wanted for Christmas this year, so they wished very hard for Santa to bring Bing to them.
Santa tried bringing Bing to them on his sleigh but Bing kept unwrapping presents in a flurry of kitten curiosity. Santa also found himself untangling ornament-chasing Bing from Christmas trees everywhere as he was making his stops around the world.
So it turns out, even Santa needs a little help spreading holiday cheer, especially when that cheer is a kitten! Santa asked one of his helpers to deliver Bing to a special address for him. Polly's lifesaving surgery is scheduled
The vet has scheduled Polly's surgery for this Friday. We have not met our fundraising goal to cover the cost of the surgery yet, so please continue to share to help save this little girl's life. Volunteers have scheduled a yard sale fundraiser this weekend and we will share details tomorrow in case you would like to stop by. If anyone has any items you would like to donate to the yard sale, please reach out and we can make arrangements for drop off or pickup.
For those just joining us who are not familiar with Polly, Polly is about 8-weeks-old and has been diagnosed with a tear in her diaphragm which is allowing her stomach, intestines and liver to invade her chest cavity, causing respiratory and heart problems. Without surgery ASAP, this will kill her.
The vet has provided us with an estimate of $2800-$3500 for this surgery. We have a fundraiser set up to raise money to save beautiful Polly (https://givebutter.com/PollySOS). The estimate can be found on the fundraiser site.
