Fall “tune ups” available… I have a couple spots open for short term boarding with bird planting scenarios and roading. Big fun. Just ask the dogs. Contact me directly. Opening day is coming. You work too much. Hahaha.
I did a little “after hours” training with my pup “Musket” last night. I don’t get as much time as you would think to do my own dogs.
Showing him doubles with small targets. I launched the birds so their silhouettes would disappear in that tree to challenge his eyes. He’s starting to get it.
Overall this has been a really nice pup from Kindig Kennels. He was quick to all the sessions I have shown him. He FF in a week. That works out really good for me because as many of you have likely heard me say that at the end of the day of training all my clients dogs, my dogs don’t get too much attention. Ha ha.
The crunch is on for Musket and me so that we are ready for our waterfowl clients. Ha.

Real fun started dog that is easy to handle and knows what he’s looking for in the field. Will make a real nice companion and foot hunters dog. Very quiet in his kennel. Nice on/off switch. Mellow for a pointer. Ready for your upcoming hunting season.
I’ve not had him inside, but I’m guessing he has been an inside dog before we trained him.
