Good morning and happy Monday! We added a small crate to our puppy area to get them familiar with it. It’s a safe, comfortable place for them to rest and sleep. Whether their future families choose to use them or not, at least they’re learning here that crates are not a scary thing. Success so far!

We had more fun outside today! There was a little snow left behind the puppy house and they’ve loved eating it! They had a ball digging in the mud, chewing on sticks and chasing each other. The Branham family came to visit their puppy, the dark blue color now Finn, and love on all the others. They will make an amazing home for Finn. ❤️

More outdoor play while the weather is warm! Buttercup is so good with sharing her puppies. We brought our newest breeder pup, Beany, into the pen and she did great with the puppies. She instinctively knew she needed to play gently with them. Yay Bean!!

For those of you who’ve asked, this is the food we are feeding our puppies. We will give all of you a 6 pound bag to get you started. We recommend continuing to use this food and it’s easy to find. If you choose to change to a new brand, make that switch slowly to prevent tummy issues.

Last night I introduced a tunnel to the puppies. They were curious!

The puppies are enjoying some warmer days in the yard. This was their first time being outside. They were cautious at first but quickly learned to love it!

It’s amazing what a difference a few days can make in puppy growth! They all can see and hear now. Their little worlds have truly opened up. They are beginning to make growling sounds at each other and an occasional bark can be heard. 😊 They’re just beginning to try to play with each other, too! Pictures and videos going forward will be so much more fun to see and watch!
