✨ Meet the Team: Sarah ✨

If you’ve ever liked, shared, or commented on one of our posts (or stories), chances are Sarah was the creative force behind it! As our Marketing, Sales, and Events Manager, Sarah wears many hats (and maybe a cowboy hat too! 🤠).

Originally from Charlottesville, VA, Sarah grew up riding horses, so it’s no surprise that working with our herd is one of her favorite parts of life at Sundance Trail. She gives a special shoutout to a few of her favorites: Brownie, Dolly, Sammy, and Monty — though she insists there are just too many to name! 🫶🏼

But it’s not just the horses that make Sundance Trail special for Sarah, it’s also the people. From meeting guests from around the world with amazing stories to collaborating with her incredible team (special thank you to those she has dragged to photo shoots), every day is a new adventure! 💛

She is thankful to all of you who have engaged and continue to engage with our social media! ☺️

💫 Comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas (or the A3 Comet) is back after 80,000 years, and we captured it from Stoney Point at Sundance Trail!

Visible across parts of the Northern Hemisphere, this rare comet won’t return for thousands of years (if ever). 🌌 Have you seen it yet? ✨

To find the Comet:
- Have a clear view of the western horizon.
- Look in that direction starting about 15 minutes after sunset through about 45 minutes after, depending on your exact location. The comet will be fairly low on the horizon.
- Binoculars or a small telescope will help, as will keeping your eyes away from light to maintain your night vision.

Looking for some fresh air and stunning views? Here at Sundance Trail Guest Ranch, we're lucky to have amazing hiking trails right on our property, plus easy access to the beautiful Roosevelt National Forest! 🌿

If you're up for exploring more of Red Feather Lakes, take a quick 5-minute drive to Parvin Lake! 🏞️ This dog-friendly trail offers breathtaking views of the lake, rocky outcrops, and mountain peaks. The loop around the lake is an easy hike, only about 1.5 hours, making it perfect for all skill levels. You might even spot birds diving into the water or fish jumping as you go! 🦅🐟

Don’t forget to leash your pups and soak in the beauty of the outdoors! 🐕✨
