A much needed and lovely camp trip break to Cape Lookout State Park this weekend, where we were treated to a rainy symphony overnight and the best Saturday sunset I could’ve hoped for at the coast!

Growly, goofy, dear, darling Stitch- my foster boy- has a new MAMA!! She will be retrieving him this Friday and I am over the moon happy for this sweet boy I’ve grown so fond of. He’s neutered, microchipped, de flea’d, de wormed, and had a dental with seven extractions and a gum mass removal thanks to Harmony New Beginnings Animal Rescue - Medical and Nutritional Rehab Center medically sponsoring this guy.

I am certainly going to miss him- and I am full of gratitude that I had the opportunity to step in and change his life.

This beautiful boy is Stitch.
He’s my foster buddy…he was found on 12/23/24 on a country road and has remained unclaimed but not unloved.
This beautiful boy gets a second lease on life: his neuter and dental is this coming Tuesday with huge shout out and much gratitude to Harmony New Beginnings Animal Rescue - Medical and Nutritional Rehab Center for medically sponsoring him!!!
Then he’ll be ready for his forever. Is that with you??!
I sure hope I get to have this buddy in my life for the rest of his life: adopt him and he’ll get grooming and boarding in Corvallis for Pennie’s on the dollar.

Little “Stitch” was found on a rural road (Goltra Rd at Hwy 34) on 12/23/2024, soaking wet and unclaimed by local neighbors. His finder took him to be scanned for a chip to no avail. I stepped in to help and with the huge help of my friend and work colleague, he stayed safe, warm, and well loved at her house until my holiday boarding buddies left and I could welcome as a foster into my home.

I am actively searching for his family:

I have contacted all shelters, every business in the proximity of where he was found, country animal control in Linn and Benton, and left found information at five vet hospitals.

Stitch is an unchipped, unneutered boy buddie with great teeth, bad cataracts, and a heart murmur. He LOVES his walks and has no problem with my dogs, cats, or children he’s met. He does however know how to growl and became overwhelmed in his bath, and has some "boundaries" that I will continue to learn about and understand.

With support from Harmony New Beginnings Animal Rescue, Stitch is now vaccinated, dewormed, and no more fleas. He got a bath and a hair trim yesterday and is hanging out inside with a belly band on because- let’s face it- three girl pommies around this guy make him wanna show them he’s IT! 😂

Stitch is on stray hold with me until 1/23/2025. He is scheduled for a neuter and dental on 1/28/25 and will then be ready for adoption!!!

PLEASE reach out with any information on his previous home OR if you might be interested in an adorable 10lb pommie to love for the rest of his big hearted little dog life!

A very good boy!
Although rescued from a Labrador rescue in Florida, this handsome dude wound up being 0% lab, and instead is a Georgia hound dawg, who’s made his way to Oregon!

Jack and his kitty sisters are under our loving care this week while his family is out of town.

This darling dear will be hanging with the Pom Trio through the new year, and he’s a delightful little buddy. Dog walks, car rides, play, and nearly 24 hour care for my boarding buddies!
