She was started with reining training and did some small reining shows early on. Also worked some cattle but no roping as far as we know, but she has potential in sorting or possibly roping. She was well started on the barrels with prior owner and has gone to some barrel clinics as well. Been used for lessons for teens in WAHSET. Spent time recently being ridden by a novice out on the trails and even some parades. She’s a quiet natured, gentle mare that would be great for a teen, senior or novice rider. Or maybe a WAHSET rider wanting to finish her in those events. She’s kind and willing. Just hasn’t been finished in any events. 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡. 11 yr mare 15.1h 𝑏𝑦 𝐹𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝐷𝑜𝑤𝑛 𝐹𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑐ℎ Grace runs whatever speed the rider is comfortable with. If you ride at a 2D level she runs 2D. If you ride more subdued or timid she’ll slow down to 3D. If you’re a higher level rider she can hit the 1D at the smaller races or smaller arenas. She’s a low 18 second horse outside on standard. She runs very honest and user friendly. And she’s safe. Runs the same pattern every time. Looks to turn on her own but doesn’t shoulder or pull off the turns. They run her on lasix. She has gotten hock injections. She’s well broke with lots of handle. She’s naturally mellow and quiet. She does know her job and loves to run barrels so she’s a little pumped up going to make a run but she’s safe. She rides out on trails, mountains, ditch banks… all quiet and relaxed. Decent hind end engagement. Has been ridden outside the arena. Has been hauled and seen new arenas.. He’s a kind, sweet, goofy gelding. Not broncy. Wants to be gentle but he’s still a 3yr old. Was bred to be a barrel horse… his dam was a nice barrel horse as well. And we feel he has good potential for barrels and possibly as a head horse also. One owner his whole life. 💢 𝑺 𝑶 𝑳 𝑫 💢 ✳️𝐁𝐔𝐆𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐋𝐄✳️ 5yr gelding, 15.2 h King has pro- caliber potential. This was his first year competing and he is ready to someone to keep entering and bring him to his potential. Has a great start with a respected trainer in Canada. He’s soft in the face but he’s a hotter type horse with a racehorse tempo. Has run mostly in the 2D this year with some 1D on the local level and some 3D at the biggest events. Runs low 18’s on standard in Canada. Did recently win the 1D at a race in St Paul. Ran 16.1-2 at Moses Lake Futurities in April with plenty of room for improvement, as it was early in his first year running. Has won about 5,000. He’s a free runner. Needs some setting and handling to set him up for good turns. A quiet rider with a gentle touch, and a love for a racehorse type pace.
