We will be increasing our 24 hour cancellation/reschedule and no show fee to $75 in 2025. Our company sends out reminder texts 2 days and 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cannot keep that appointment please cancel or reschedule prior to the 24 hour window to allow us time to fill the void in our schedule. In extreme and emergent circumstances the fee may be waived under the discretion of management.

Our hearts go out to the families, pets, and wildlife affected by the fires in Los Angeles. For those who are wondering how and if there is a way to help Pasadena Humane is asking for monetary donations to assist rescue efforts during this time. Please consider even the smallest donation if possible. It all adds up and they are going to need all the help they can get 🙏🏻

Adding another to the crew… I’m assuming this will be a familiar face to some of you but I would like to welcome Alicia Rocha. Alicia has been grooming for 7 years, a Hanford resident, and mother of 2. She will be grooming all breeds and sizes. We are so happy to have her on board and we are confident she will be a great addition to our staff 🥰

Thank you to everyone who donated to our pet food drive! We just dropped off about 20 bags of food to the shelter! While we didn’t reach our goal of 100 we still donated over $1000 in grooming vouchers to be distributed by the pantry to those in need of grooming services.

We want to welcome our newest groomer to our staff, Grace Nelson! Grace is a Kingsburg resident with over 15 years of grooming experience. She will be one of our weekend groomers…working only Saturday and Sundays! Welcome Grace onboard we are happy to have her!
