First tarp down with the storm. Make shift hay feeder for the boys put in the shed. But they were insisting on the regular hay feeder so I fixed it back up. Luckily the grommets were not torn and i had extra ball bungie cords. All done under a light drizzle. Success.

I am bad about just putting my hand on a bunch of weeds and pulling. Luckily today this rat snake was out in the open. He has been around this area for years. He does his thing and usually our paths don’t cross. Got him freed and took off like a rocket. Not weeding right now until he’s gone. All Gods creatures.

Amazing catching this on video. The first gosling hatching from the last batch of the season being a couple days early. Cute little thing.

I was in the right place at the right time. So amazing that watch the first gosling hatching of the last batch for the season. Bittersweet.

This is Amy. I thought I was keeping up with the dates for mating but some how missed writing it down. And she seems to be getting bigger and bigger as I thought she was ready 2 weeks ago. Just waiting for her to release the hostages!

Welcome twin girls yesterday from Belle Starr. Always exciting and a surprise when they were going to show up.

Welcome Red Ryder to the herd. Thank you Heather Cromwell. The girls are very excited for the new guy. Even Boots and Jasper are ok with him. Love it when everyone can get along. Perfect fit.
