Live Arrival Guarantee and DOA Policy:
Within normal circumstances, we guarantee live arrival of all orders unless noted otherwise ,Extreme weather conditions, failure to provide correct address, and not recover

ing the delivered parcel within a timely manner, along with other unusual events, will void the guarantee. If Heat/Ice packs were recommended but not purchased, the guarantee is void. (We put an ice packs with every package of you want more ice packs it is your responsibility to purchase them before shipment happens). In making a DOA claim, you must provide photos/video of the specimen in the unopened bag. Then you must provide photos/video of it out of the bag within an hour of delivery (USPS or UPS Delivery Scan time). Clarity is necessary. Do not dispose of the DOA until we accept or decline the DOA claim. Accepted DOA claims will result in a replacement, credit, or refund of the contents claimed. Shipping will not be refunded. All sales on livestock are final. No returns permitted. Terms are subject to change. Follow responsible acclimation and quarantine practices.
