Welcome to our Secret dog Gift Exchange! I can’t wait to see all of the happy pups on Christmas! Here's how it works: (1) Copy the secret dog request that I posted on my wall to your own wall. Add pic of your dog and tag dog lovers (2) Send one gift valued at least $10 to the secret dog that is NUMBER ONE below (3) Remove secret dog’s name from #1; then move secret dog #2 to that spot. (4) Add your dog's name to the #2 spot with your info. (5) Send this info to all others that respond to your post with the updated name info. If you cannot complete this within 1 week please notify me, as it isn't fair to the people who have participated and are waiting for their dogs gifts to arrive. You can order directly from a web-based service (Amazon, or any other online shop) which saves a trip to the post office. Soon your dog should receive 6-36 gifts! Good afternoon all!!! Hope you and your babies are all staying cool on these "dog days of summer"
After giving this great thought .... I am announcing that our 17 year run is over and I am retiring from breeding our beloved Frenchies.
When your husband tells you he just wants to spend more time with you, well, the decision was made.

I will say if you are looking for a Frenchie, baby or adult, please reach out to me and I can get you in touch with trust worthy breeders who love the breed as we do. Be VERY cautious looking on your own these days. The market has turned to the dark side. So many people just wanting to make a lot of money not caring about the health and well being of the babies or families they sell to. My vet is absolutely covered up with sad examples of this kind of thinking.
Also, PLEASE PLEASE keep me updated with your precious baby pictures. My personal page has the same photo as this one, a baby picture of our Echo. Friend me there PLEASE

It’s a group effort from so many of us, starting with the vets who worked on her with gunshot wounds, to Millie who worked with her at her home for weeks and weeks, raising her pups and adopting them all out. Then working with Bet with her own dogs and leash walking her to desensitizing her to the donkeys. From there off she went to the ranch where the staff worked with her daily to try and understand what kind of home she needs. The volunteers at the sanctuary now spend hours and hours caring for her every day.
Emma spending the time to write an in-depth profile about Bet and about the plight of pit mixes to try and help people understand.
Wes went to work for hours working on a video where staff and volunteers gathered video and photo content to share as much as possible of this girls life.

We opened a Sunday morning with her knowing it was a good time to get as much exposure as possible because without it this girl will never find a home.

We have 237,000 followers on our page. If even 10% of them shared the post that would expose her to a minimum of 23,000 people.

Sadly that didn’t happen, 612 people shared it which is only 0.258% of our village members…🙁
We were pretty devastated by that number and had hoped for so much more knowing it’s the only way to succeed.

I know there are thousands of people that dislike these kinds of dogs, I’m not exaggerating, and of course I’m certainly not including everyone in that category, but it’s very clear that Bets struggles as a pit mix aren’t going away anytime soon.

We just cannot help dogs that are hard to place without your help it’s as simple as that. I also know that everyone thinks their one share isn’t that important, and so you don’t bother to click the button, but that’s just not true, if everyone shared dogs like her they would be placed in the blink of an eye, but with a tiny tiny audience her family that would love to have her never knows that she’s there, what she’s been through, and most importantly what a great dog she would be for them.
So we will just have to keep working, keep trying, and hope that the power of the share button will be understood as to just how valuable it is. ❤️
