Did you know that dogs see obedience training as a fun activity? They absolutely do! You see, dogs want to be guided. Naturally, they prefer to be followers than leaders. They enjoy the clear communication conveyed by the obedience training, not to mention the rewards received!!!

Consistency is key when training your pup. For many busy owners, it is difficult to be consistent enough to see results. That’s one reason why WooF Dogs offers a Bootcamp service. Your pup stays with us for two weeks, and we put in the consistent repetitions needed to see results. Asa is one of our Bootcamp participants, and we are so proud of the progress she has made!

Rio may be new to the training process, but he's already showing incredible progress. With his friendly and eager-to-please personality, he's quickly picking up on the basics!

At Woof Dogs, we believe in positive based training and tailor each training session to suit the individual needs of every dog. Rio is loving his time here, and we're excited to see him grow into an even more well-behaved and confident companion!

Never Forget: In Remembrance of 9/11

Today, we pause to remember the tragedy that struck our nation on September 11, 2001. We honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, the countless families forever changed, and the brave first responders who ran toward danger in the hope of saving others. The Twin Towers, symbols of strength and ambition, were taken from us, but the spirit of New York City and our nation endures.

We also pay special tribute to the four-legged heroes—the Search & Rescue K9 teams—that played a vital role in the aftermath. These brave canines, alongside their handlers, worked tirelessly amidst the rubble, guided by their incredible instincts and training. They searched for survivors, provided comfort, and reminded us all of the unbreakable bond between humans and their loyal companions. Their dedication and courage remain an inspiring testament to the spirit of service and hope.

This day reminds us of the power of unity, courage, and resilience. We remember the strength of those who survived, the heroism of the first responders and their canine partners, and the outpouring of support from around the world. We stand together to reflect on that day's profound impact and commit to fostering peace, understanding, and compassion in our daily lives.

May we continue to honor the memory of the fallen, the heroes—both human and canine—and all who have been affected by this tragedy. Let us always strive to build a world where such darkness never returns, like it did on October 7, 2023.
We should never allow terror groups to set fear or discouragement in our heart.

We will NEVER FORGET.
