With Central Park directly opposite the hotel, the hotel is perfectly situated for leisurely dog walks through wooded trails and vast green spaces. Few hotels anywhere in the world have acres of parkland right across the road.

Inside, their Trump Pets programme means gourmet treats, a plush bed, bowls with fresh bottled water, toys, and a map of the city marking the parks worth heading for. The Trump Attaché team arranges walking, sitting and grooming, and an emergency vet is kept on file in case of emergencies.

If you need to head out for a while your dog can stay in the room on its own, and they even have a dog walking service in case you need one, which makes this hotel a convenient choice for any dog owner visiting the city.

Following a $55 million renovation and an upgrade to their dog friendly pet programme, Loews Hotels Miami Beach property has earned our Rising Star award in the 2026 Canine Hospitality Awards. The Rising Star is our award for the most exciting new arrival on the list. Loews sits right on the sand in the heart of South Beach, a landmark resort with a palm-lined pool and rooms looking straight out over the Atlantic.

The renovation has given the whole property a fresh, contemporary shine, from the lobby to the last oceanfront suite. Your dog is met with monogrammed bowls, a place mat and a collar tag of its own, with gourmet room service to follow and an emergency vet on call should you ever need one.

Forty acres of Rocky Mountain campus, and a dog is free to roam nearly all of it. That is why Aspen Meadows Resort has been named winner of The Great Outdoors Award in the 2026 Canine Hospitality Awards. Set on the Aspen Institute campus, its Bauhaus pavilions are scattered through meadow and aspen groves, with the ski runs of Aspen Mountain rising behind. In summer it is wildflower and trail, in winter fresh snow to the treeline. The trails begin where the lawns end, perfect for long walks or hikes.

Dogs are welcome in the bar and restaurant to the terrace and lounge, but the real luxury here is space. Few hotels anywhere can give a dog this much room to run. Congratulations to the team at Aspen Meadows Resort, a mountain retreat built for dogs who love the outdoors as much as we do.

This is a hotel that treats a dog as a guest of honour at one of the great addresses in London, and an Oetker Collection KG grande dame. The Lanesborough sits with the green of Hyde Park a few steps from its door which is perfect for dog walks, they have no weight limits, and dogs stay for free.

We are pleased to announce Paséa Hotel & Spa as the winner of Best Canine Menu in the 2026 Canine Hospitality Awards. Paséa's restaurant Lōrea runs a real dog menu built from fresh, wholesome ingredients. Your dog can start with a Barky Breakfast Bowl of scrambled eggs, sausage and black beans, move on to Grilled Chicken and Veggies with farro, carrots and kale, or share a Barkuterie Board of doggy salumi, carne secca and heirloom carrots. There is even a Steak Tartare and a Beef Brisket "Sandwich" for the discerning guest, with Peanut Butter Bacon Truffles to finish.

Lōrea runs a kitchen that has genuinely thought about what a dog wants to eat, and made it every bit as considered as what it serves their owners.

The Fairmont Tokyo just released their spring canine menu, and every single one of the dishes is beautifully plated. The result is highly shareable, and the kind of thing guests talk about long after they've gone home. When a hotel puts the same care, creativity and presentation into a meal for a guest's dog as it does for the guest themselves, it sends a clear message: dogs aren't merely tolerated, they're welcomed.

One of the most dog friendly hotels in Japan might just be the シェラトン・グランデ・トーキョーベイ・ホテル/Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel (OFFICIAL) They have a dedicated DOG LOVERS' SUITE experience that goes far beyond simply allowing dogs. Guests check in with their four-legged companions at a dedicated Dog Lounge, complete with grooming services and a play space where pups can relax while their humans head out shopping or sightseeing for a few hours.

Dogs have their own menu, freshly prepared to order by the hotel's chefs. Choices include chicken, broccoli and tomato risotto, salmon, steamed vegetables, burgers, and even birthday cakes for special celebrations.
