We have some exciting news to announce:
•Now offering an after-hours emergency/consultation telephone service, for a small fee, speak with one of our technicians. Outside of our normal business hours, please call 859-913-5961. Hours will vary.
•Best Pets Animal Clinic is extending their office hours: Monday through Friday they will be open 8 am – 7 pm with Saturday's still being 9 am - 1 pm.
•To celebrate Pet Wellness, Responsible Dog Ownership, Happy Cat, and Immunization Awareness months, August through October, all wellness panels sent out to the reference lab will receive a 10% discount.

BPAC will be closed tomorrow 3-21-24 THROUGH 3-24-24 and they will re-open at the new building, 529 E. Washington St., Georgetown, KY, on Monday 3-25-24.

They're hosting an open house Saturday March 30th from 2-6 pm.

Pet Wellness Veterinary Center (PWVC) is a full-service animal hospital caring for companion animals with limited farm work. We are looking to add a qualified technician to our team.
We have one full-time doctor, one part-time doctors, and are continuing to grow. PWVC takes pride in client services, including education, to help our patients receive advanced top of the line care at an affordable cost. Our services include small animal, and limited large animal medicine, surgery, digital radiographs, and in-practice IDEXX lab equipment.
Here at PWVC we understand the importance of a healthy work-home life balance and continuously try to engage in team building events.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting in exam rooms, treatment of hospitalized patients, preparing and administering medications, preparation of patients for surgery, maintaining patients under anesthesia, discharging patients, helping our receptionists as needed, and everyone chips in with clinic cleanliness and maintenance.
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
- 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Pay is dependent on experience.
- Second location in Georgetown (Best Pets Animal Clinic), if able to travel between both preferred, not required.

Justice is a 9.5 year old who has never needed an anesthetic dental cleaning thanks to his at home dental care:

• Brushing, using an enzymatic toothpaste 2-3 times per week; daily is ideal but not always realistic.
• Chlorhexidine/Zinc (antibacterial and plaque prevention) mouth rinse 2-3 times per week, can be done daily after last meal.
• Dental Chews daily.
• OraVet plaque prevention gel weekly, 1 hour after brushing/rinsing.
