Hey, friends! Heads up—today’s Mini Groom is CANCELLED while we tidy up and revamp our Ladera Ranch location. With our Mission Viejo store now closed, all Mini Grooms will be hosted at Ladera Ranch moving forward. Thanks for rolling with us during the transition!

Dear Valued Customers,

It is with great sadness that we must inform you of the difficult decision to close our Mission Viejo location on December 8th, 2024.

This decision was not made lightly. After much thought and consideration, it became clear that closing this location is necessary to ensure the future stability of our small business. The challenges of the current economic climate have made it increasingly difficult to maintain profitability at this location. However, this in no way diminishes the love and effort we’ve poured into this wonderful community.

To each and every one of you who walked through our doors, shared your stories, and entrusted us with your beloved pets’ needs: thank you. Your loyalty, kindness, and support have meant the world to us. While our Mission Viejo location may be closing, the memories and connections we’ve made here will remain in our hearts forever.

Though this chapter is ending, we are still here for you. Our Ladera Ranch location remains open, and we will continue to offer free delivery to Mission Viejo residents. Simply contact our Ladera Ranch team at (949) 388-3223 to place your order, or select “free local delivery” on our website after entering your address. If you have open orders with our Mission Viejo location, they will be available for pickup in Ladera Ranch or can be delivered directly to you.

I understand this change may bring some inconvenience, and for that, I am truly sorry. Please know that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
