We highly recommend getting your pups on reoccurring appointments for a number of reasons…
1) Hygiene is very important to a dogs health. Regular grooming can help prevent skin conditions as well as spot any irregularities on the pups body, ears, teeth and nails.
2) If your pup has a long coat this will prevent matting so you can keep your pups coat as long as you want! Or for pups that just need to blow out their undercoats and save your house from all that hair!
3) You will never have to worry about not getting your pup in. Our company(as well as many other grooming companies) are very busy, so last minute appointments are nearly impossible. A reoccurring appointment will guarantee you an appointment right when your pup needs it the most!
4) We are all busy with our lives, let us take away the worry of your pups grooming needs! We will be here to remind you that your pup needs to see us! 💙🐶🐾

* Starting June 1st, we will no longer be sending out invoices to emails or accepting checks as forms of payments. We’ve had many incidents where some clients would not pay their invoices on time and checks would not clear. We understand that things come up and paying your invoice can be forgotten but bill must be paid the same day of service going forward. We will accept cash, cards and our credit card machine accepts electronic pay!

* A reminder that when you receive our ETA message on the day of service, they must confirm they’re received that message with a “C” text. That “C” text let’s the groomer know that you are aware that the groomer is on their way and are getting your pup ready! There have been times we’ve shown up without a confirmation and when we finally get in contact with the client, the groomer has to wait for them to start getting ready to meet them. We wish we had time to stay and play but our days are always fully booked with other clients we need to get to, so the groomers do not have time to wait more than 5 mins.

* For safety reasons, the groomers will no longer walk to the door or go into homes. They will only do so for special circumstances!

* We have a 2 day service cancellation policy! Clients receive a confirmation text and email at 7am 2 days prior to their appointment. Cancellations after receiving the 48 hour confirmation is a fee of $50/pup. Cancellations the day before an appointment is 50% of the groom price/pup. Same day cancellations is the full price of the groom/pup! We understand unexpected things may occur, but we appreciate a notice if you have to cancel your appointment so we can have time to fill in those spots for clients who are wanting to get in sooner!

Dog groomer needed!

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years experience (photos of different breed grooms)
-3 references
-Good driving record
-Lift at least 80lbs
-Able to groom to breed specifications
-Great communication and costumer service
-Must have own tools(clippers, scissors, blades, etc.)
-Great time management
-Great attention to detail
-Good attendance
-Able to stay collected in a high stress situation
-Positive attitude
-Reliable
-Team player
-6-8 dogs per 10 hour shift
-Health insurance for full time employee
-One week PTO first two years, Two weeks after two years for full time.
-Off on major holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day) with option to work Christmas and New Years Eve.

Schedule Options(Full Time)

-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-Wednesday Thursday, Friday, Saturday
-Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
-Five days is optional
