Do you have shoes you no longer need?

We are partnering with Funds2Orgs for a shoe drive fundraiser to benefit our cats. We will be collecting shoes until August 6, and we would love to take your wearable gently worn, used, and new shoes. The collected shoes will be given a second life by someone in need, and we will receive a per-pound donation. It's a win-win! Please no slippers, ice skates, or roller skates.

Our drop-off locations include:

Volunteer homes in Inver Grove Heights, Roseville, Burnsville, Lake Elmo, Arden Hills, Fridley, Eden Prairie, and Minneapolis. Please email [email protected] for full addresses.

Do you have sunny windows, a quiet home, and the desire to help two senior cats that you might never be able to pet?

Bert and Violet came into rescue over four years ago, after their owner with Parkinson's disease could no longer care for them and they were about to be euthanized at a local shelter.

Both of these senior cats still fear human touch, though they get along with other cats. These two love the finer things in life, like tasty meals, lounging in sunshine, lying in comfy beds, and rolling in fresh catnip.

Bert and Violet are bonded and need to be adopted together. The adoption fee for bonded pairs is $50 off for the month of June.

Bert and Violet's care can also be sponsored through our brand new Never Give Up program, which supports our harder to adopt, sick, scared, and vulnerable cats while they wait for their forever homes. We hope their future families are out there, and we won't give up on these special cats. 🤍

Hansel and Gretel are a bonded pair ready to embark on their next fairy tale adventure...with you! They are still learning to trust, and they're looking for a cat-savvy home where they can share their love, cuddles, and playful energy.

Gretel is the curious one. She loves to explore her surroundings and will seek you out for play time and Churu treats. Hansel is the quiet one. His confidence is still a work in progress, but his heart is overflowing with sweetness.

With a little patience, enrichment, cozy hiding spots, and Churu, they’ll be confident in no time.

Meet Verbal and Harmony, a bonded duo who are ready to become part of your family!

Verbal is a super friendly guy who enjoys being pet. He's easy going and fun loving, and he's the life of the party (and let's be honest—he's often the one who started the party).

Harmony is a happy, calm, and friendly girl. She'll follow you around and wants to know how you're doing, but she'd prefer that you not try to touch her. She had a traumatic start to life, and we understand why she has some trust issues!

Verbal and his best friend Harmony are bonded and they must be adopted together. The adoption fee for bonded pairs is $50 off for the month of June.

June is National Foster a Pet month! Did you know Kitty Revolution is entirely foster-based? All of our cats and kittens are in the homes of our volunteer foster caregivers, getting attention and affection every day.

We're always looking for fosters in order to save more cats, and occasionally some of our cats need to move to different foster homes.

We have special need right now for foster caregivers who are good with unsocialized or undersocialized cats and who have a separate room to help socialize them away from other pets.

If you would like to foster cats who are already socialized, we have need for you, too!

Today is National Best Friends Day, and we have a pair of adorable best friends for you!

Mac & Cheese are two bonded orange brothers who love to play and cuddle. They are the best of both worlds—they're full of playful energy, and they are always up for a snuggle.

They are friendly, curious, and gentle boys who also enjoy a good belly rub. Mac & Cheese are the best of friends and they need to be adopted together. The adoption fee for bonded pairs is $50 off during June.

Tuna needs our help! Tuna came to Kitty Revolution almost six years ago from a local impound. This nine-year-old is a unique, playful guy who has yet to find his forever family.

At Tuna's recent checkup, a cancerous mass was discovered on his neck, and surgery is necessary to remove it. Tuna is having surgery this Tuesday, June 10th to remove the mass and a lymph node. The estimated cost of his surgery and follow-up care is $2,500.

Can you help? We are still on intake hold as we recover from our recent high medical bills. We're so grateful for your support as we make sure Tuna gets to be healthy, happy, and cancer-free.

We are partnering with Funds2Orgs for a shoe drive to benefit our cats. The collected shoes will be sent to developing countries to be given a second life by someone in need, and Kitty Revolution will be paid per pound to help with our medical bills. It is a win-win for everyone! Please no slippers, ice skates, or roller skates.

Java is a shy but sassy girl. One minute she's out and looking for treats, the next she's hiding in her cave. Java is slowly accepting humans, but she needs a patient adopter who understands her limits.

Onyx is a shy girl who knows what she wants. She's looking for someone who understands that she needs time to accept people. Onyx has been through a lot in her life, but she loves her catnip and treats.

Kitty Revolution is a volunteer-based, no-kill cat rescue in the Twin Cities, MN metro area that seeks to save the unwanted, the misunderstood, the less-than-perfect, and to help change the way the world sees cats through community education and outreach.

Kitty Revolution was founded by a group of passionate, dedicated cat enthusiasts who are devoted to saving and improving the lives of the overlooked and otherwise discarded cats in our community. Rescue isnʼt just about cute kittens; itʼs about the scared, shy, dirty, unwanted cats, too. The older ones. The ones whose spirits have been broken, who have forgotten or maybe never learned how to trust, the ones who need time and patience and then more time. Itʼs about the ones with serious medical needs and chronic illnesses. Itʼs about meeting cats where theyʼre at and understanding how far they can go.
