Today we’re celebrating Crystal, the Practice Manager at Trinity Veterinary Hospital and Winterville Animal Care 🌟 Crystal is known for her incredible compassion and deep knowledge of veterinary medicine...something that recently made a lasting impact on Trinity Veterinary Hospital's Medical Director in a very personal way.

After his own dog faced serious complications following surgery, Crystal reached out to share her insight, encouragement, and reassurance. Her message gave him hope during an extremely difficult time and reminded him how much care and empathy she brings to every situation.

Today we’re celebrating Dana Willer, the Practice Manager at Veterinary Care Services of Milford 🌟 Dana is the kind of leader who does it all while always keeping a positive attitude and a deep commitment to her team. From assisting in surgery to jumping in at the front desk or lending a hand with cleaning, Dana’s dedication shines through in everything she does!

Her Medical Director, Dr. Tokar, shared:

“Dana works extremely hard and deserves special recognition. In addition to her regular PM duties, she works on the floor every Tuesday assisting our boarded surgeon. She also jumps in whenever and wherever needed, from the front desk to cleaning. This year she passed the CVPM exam. I am so proud of her and thankful for all she does!” 💙
