Howling Winds Leads & Trophies Kangaroo leather leashes, collars & custom powder coating 16 years ago we got our first Siberian Husky and things just ballooned from there.

We started as a small grooming salon outside of beautiful Orting WA. As we moved into showing and mushing our dogs and I joined a few local dog clubs which led us into organizing events, awards, and logo work. After the passing of my favorite Siberian I retired his beautiful leather show lead. Just didn’t seem right to use it for another dog! Somehow during this disheartening time I decided I want

ed to learn how to make my own beautiful kangaroo leather leads, and so I did. That led into other adventures to offer other types of awards and pet supplies such a decals, glass etching, bowls, water buckets, crate tags, and the latest powder coating. With my husbands experience with powder coating and my eye for detail we have made a wonderful team.
