Almost there on the dog training grounds and private dog park
Our training grounds/ private dog park is almost finished fencing. It is on our property and we live on 15 acres. We are going to be a place where people can run their dogs off leash for exclusive use and trainers can have classes. We still have to do alot before opening doors, biz license, llc, insurance, etc but hoping to beta soon. We have been distracted by a few things but in a few weeks that will all be remedied. We are in Elberta, AL near Gulf Shores (20 mins) and Pensacola, FL (40 mins), Mobile, AL (40 mins). We are constructing a training ground/private dog park. The grounds are about an acre? This is an exclusive use concept and will by membership and you pick your time slot (1 hour slots) and it all yours. We also will be contracting trainers, and renting equipment like schutzhund and agility equipment (to specs and 13 pieces). Trainers can also rent the grounds for classes. In any event took longer than we expected as all things do, but almost done. So trainers want a ground to train on? We will do ala carte for the equipment but where we are today. We also want to do bh classes (shutzhund) and study groups and honestly the agility course sounds fun! Cerberus owners get free admission anytime I have a say in it. Fencing is 8 foot.

2019 will be an exciting year for our training grounds. This will be a rent by the hour facility. So if you are a snowbird who wants your own personal backyard, or an AKC dog training and want to use our facility with agility equipment to specs, or train in schutzhund, this will be the purpose. We are slow going, but the fencing coming up is a huge deal. Then installation of equipment!
