  • Payment plans are available on purchases over $200. A 25% non-refundable deposit upfront is required to begin the payment plan. Full amount must be paid within the discussed time-frame, or all preceding payments will be forfeited.

  • Holds will be allowed for 30 day time-intervals. All holds require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Special consideration will be given for weather/temperature related holds.

  • We have a 7-day health guarantee. If an animal should die within 7 days of it reaching its final destination, we will offer either a 50% refund of the price of the animal, or full credit towards another animal. Proof of life must be provided within an hour of the animal reaching its final destination, and proof of death within 7 days for this to apply.

  • No animal will be shipped, picked-up, or delivered until 100% of the price has been paid.
