It is pickup day for the Tyler Farm to Table - REKO Ring! Our baskets this week:

Farm fresh veggies have been delivered to our friends at Sinclair Market, Granary Health Foods - Lindale, Granary Health Foods - East Tyler, Granary Health Foods - South Tyler.

We brought them premium salad mix, gorgeous napa cabbage, cherry tomatoes, red meat radishes, okra, and more.

This Saturday we will be at the Tyler Farm to Table - REKO Ring. That’s an online market so you have to order on their shopping group. Here is the link:

Go try out our friends chicken drums! They are delicious baked with a rub made of sea salt, fresh rosemary, ground red pepper, cumin, and garlic granules. Pair with some baked jalapeño poppers and roasted veggies. Easy, quick, and local!

Watermelon radishes are one of my favorites. Big flavor, big size, and stunning color. They are soooo good sautéed in taco meat, pickled, and raw in salads.

Trying something new today! We are making smoked paprika from our peppers. It’s been a long wait for enough of them to all turn red at the same time. 😍

These little jumping spiders are some of my favorite bugs on the farm! 🕷️ They eat bugs, are super cute, and are actually pretty curious. They will watch us as we try to work around them and sometimes will come right up close and just stare 👀. This little fellow has found himself a big fat army worm 🐛(one of my least favorite critters) for breakfast. You can see all the worm p**p behind the spider where the leaves touch the main stalk of the collard plant. These worms do massive damage to our brassicas every year. So we really do appreciate the critters who enjoy eating them!

Look at these Mums!!! 😍😍😍 We stopped by to visit our friends at Pond Creek Meadows and they have a greenhouse bursting at the seems with plants for sale. You’ll want to go and see them. Now is the perfect time to get those shrubs and plants in the ground so their roots have time to get established before winter.

Handing off farm fresh vegetables to our friends at the Granary Health Foods - East Tyler, Granary Health Foods - Lindale, and Granary Health Foods - South Tyler. All our produce is naturally grown in our small family farm.

Our produce is picked fresh and at peak ripeness to be full of vitamins and minerals. We are delivering carrots, purple and orange sweet potatoes, peppers, okra, herbs, arugula, and more!
