You asked, we answered! One of the most common questions we get regarding our pet product line is "How much do I give my dog or cat?" Our Chief Veterinary Officer, Dr. Rob Silver, helped us put together this dosing chart for pets 0-200 pounds.

We base our administration recommendations on the beta-glucan content of the mushroom. Beta-glucans are the major bioactive molecules in all mushrooms, so our recommendations are based on the measured beta-glucan content of a given mushroom.

We have a “sliding scale” of amounts to administer based on the beta-glucan content of the mushroom. Our mushrooms have a fairly narrow range of beta-glucan content, ranging from a bit more than 15% for Reishi to a bit more than 30% for Turkey Tail. This is why on the labels the administration recommendations are the same despite the different mushroom potencies.
