Update: in county foster care and still looking for a forever home❤️😇

Everyone’s favorite sweet and shy, pumpkin pie, Roma at mcacc east🍂❤️🍁
…and she is special. But she has been sitting and waiting for months and months for her family to find her. Sadly, the last few weeks, Roma is starting to really struggle at the shelter. She’s been very patient, but it’s time and she’s telling us she’s tired. It’s time for a family to see her and pick her🙏🏼

Roma is said to be about 10 years old and it’s clear life has not been very kind before now.
These are the type of dogs I’m glad find their way to county so we can fight for a better life for them. She deserves to know a life beyond neglect and being an overbred, mama dog.
This girl is super easy going, great on the leash, appears potty trained, takes treats gently, and does not appear people or dog reactive at all.
She is a little shy so I would definitely recommend the full decompression time and slow and safe introductions.

I think Roma will be a wonderful addition to any family❤️ and she deserves love. It’s time for this mama dog to retire.
And she would love to have a home to spend the holidays in🙏🏼

Zen Pet Service, LLC is hiring pet sitters and dog walkers in the Cave Creek and Carefree region. If you love animals, this flexibly scheduled, part-time, independent contract job is for you. Previous experience and licensing a plus, but on the job training is provided if you don’t.

Details:
Commit to 6 months of work from the time of hiring.
Animal visits are typically 30 minutes, one hour or overnight. Your work schedule can be tailored to your availability.
Walk pets rain or shine (only cancelled for extreme heat).
Clean litter boxes, animal dishes and waste.
Administer medications, take out trash, collect mail.
Provide superior service that reflects your love of animals.
Have good communication skills.

Must:
Have a smart phone with a camera for updating clients after a visit.
Be able to sit, climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
Have a valid drivers license and a properly insured and reliable car.
Be a US citizen.
