As difficult as it is to believe, not all people are "dog people." Sometimes it takes a nudge from a loved one to open their home and heart to a dog. Rose did just that for Bob. She shared the gift of unconditional love and companionship by encouraging Bob to open their home to a dog. When their first dog passed, Bob suggested that Rose get another dog. “Why?” she asked. Because, Bob answered, he didn’t like seeing the pain of loss, the yearning in her eyes. Bob and Rose had a number of dogs together after their first. Bob was indeed successfully, voluntarily, converted into….a "dog person."
Myla shared her first five years, of her 14 year life, with both Bob and Rose. Bob treasured every minute of his time together with Myla and when Bob passed, Myla had the most important job...comforting Rose, serving as a connection to Bob.
We believe that it took no time at all for Myla to reunite with Bob and that together, along with the shared pups that passed previously, they await you.
~until you meet again~
